The store was helpful to a customer found living room set online and place special order. The furniture was in the house about two weeks. They made the washer dryer payment and the new living room set at the same time. They are always ready to help and give great customer service across board with the best prices. They are sweet, easy to work with, and tell what is needed, even sending pictures. The sales manager was phenomenal, probably the best customer service personnel ever, deserving a raise or promotion. They give the best care and understand giving a chance to make payment.
Found my living room set online, contacted CAT at my local RAC to put in my order. CAT was very helpful to place my special order through Ashley. About 2 weeks later or less my furniture was in my house. Made my last payment on my washer/dryer and the new living room set all at the same time thanks to CAT.
