“The owner / operator I am assuming went way out of his way to make sure I could get a truck when my available time to move was. I've had to cancel twice now and reschedule and it's been effortless on my end. Even when I went to pick up this morning expecting to be moving everything went extremely smooth and there were no problems. At least no problems with U-Haul, now I've got a further day for moving and again the owner went out of his way to make sure I had plenty of time and knew how to do the check-in process. You should have this man teaching other people customer service skills cuz he has a buttload of them and they shine through when he talks! I would recommend this place to anybody that was moving, they may be short on trucks so do it early, and you will be greeted with a smile and a clean serviceable truck when you pick it up!”
