“Did an online reservation while waiting in line at this location. Went and grabbed the keys from the lock box with the password and located the truck. Took photos that the app requested. Return was similar, taking photos through the app and answering questions. Never had to talk to a human and it was seamless.”

So i called this location and a very nice gentleman named Lee answered the phone with amazing customer service. They did not have any trucks available at their location at the time due to It being 5:30 pm on Friday and all trucks were rented out already. MR. Lee offered to help me find a location nearby and found me a truck and got me a reservation to pick up immediately. I really appreciate and respect the great service that was provided by Lee. We've stored our car/furniture etc
