“We received exceptional service at this location, from our rental truck to the storage unit. The ladies here even accommodated a quick switch to a larger unit in a matter of minutes while it was super busy and still managed to assist everyone with positive energy. Process was seamless; huge thanks to you two, thank you Christina!!”
“The lady working here has clearly been doing this for a long time, and it shows. She genuinely cared about helping me and made the whole process smooth and stress free. It was honestly heartwarming and a pleasure having her assist me with my U‑Haul. Highly recommend this location.”
“This experience was perfect. The two guys working were extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
I will definitely go there again with my truck rental meeds”
“The owner / operator I am assuming went way out of his way to make sure I could get a truck when my available time to move was. I've had to cancel twice now and reschedule and it's been effortless on my end. Even when I went to pick up this morning expecting to be moving everything went extremely smooth and there were no problems. At least no problems with U-Haul, now I've got a further day for moving and again the owner went out of his way to make sure I had plenty of time and knew how to do the check-in process. You should have this man teaching other people customer service skills cuz he has a buttload of them and they shine through when he talks! I would recommend this place to anybody that was moving, they may be short on trucks so do it early, and you will be greeted with a smile and a clean serviceable truck when you pick it up!”
“The sales representative Sanjay assisted at every level to ensure the transaction went smoothly. The only part of the location that individuals need to be aware of is having a second driver. An independent owner of the building will tow cars left in the parking lot . Thanks to Sanjay I was informed of this issue and moved my vehicle so this did not occur.”
“I had an emergency and needed a 26 foot box truck to help some friends move last minute. So i called this location and a very nice gentleman named Lee answered the phone with amazing customer service. They did not have any trucks available at their location at the time due to It being 5:30 pm on Friday and all trucks were rented out already. MR. Lee offered to help me find a location nearby and found me a truck and got me a reservation to pick up immediately. I really appreciate and respect the great service that was provided by Lee. He is a great service agent and I will gladly do business with him again in the future. Thank you Mr. Lee for your great customer service.”
“The guy that did my install was so friendly. He saw me drive up and met me in the parking lot. He explained the process of what he would be doing, and assured me he would take good care of my car. I don't remember his name, but he really was exemplary. It's rare to come across employees like that today.”
“The property manager Pacey was awesome; so courteous and helpful. The store and truck were clean and I had an overall smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!”
“Did an online reservation while waiting in line at this location. Went and grabbed the keys from the lock box with the password and located the truck. Took photos that the app requested. Return was similar, taking photos through the app and answering questions. Never had to talk to a human and it was seamless.”
“They were friendly and fast with service. Loved it. The place across the street was just insufferable. Budget was simple and upfront. Their rates on one way moves are the best by far. Highly recommend.”
“I really enjoyed my experience with this UHaul despite the reviews. Everyone was helpful and answered all the questions I had regarding my rental. Huge thanks to ms Margaret and Tiger for the help.”

“This is a review in regards to an outstanding employee located at the Clear Creak (Life Storage) location.
MRS. BELINDA!
You have been OUTSTANDING to say the least for your help, service and support while I was renting a space from this establishment!
I can't begin to explain the amount of gratitude I have for you during my time with Life Storage. From the first day of signing my storage agreement to the very last day in signing the vacate notice, you went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and enjoyable. I have never before experienced a harder working person at any storage facility I've utilized. There wasn't a time I visited Life Storage (Clear Creek Rd. Killeen Tx.) that I wasn't greeted from you with a smile and a genuine can-do attitude for resolve with ANY issues I've had! Give this Woman a Raise! MRS. BELINDA YOU ARE OUTSTANDING! hats off to you! Thank you for an enjoyable experience with Life Storage! God Bless!”
