The lady that runs the passport line is extremely rude and unprofessional. She shouldn't be working in a customer service job if she's incapable of talking to people without having an attitude. I saw multiple people deal with her while I was in the other line and she had an attitude in each encounter.

They only deliver to office and not apt on weekends...so i have to wait until monday.

The person who handles passport appointments is incompetent. She mistreats the people who come to apply for a passport, shouting and rushing them, with an appearance and a desire to not want to do her job. She should be replaced by someone who does her job well, serving the customer well, not shouting.

Absolute GARBAGE, Delivers mail to wrong address/ wrong mailboxes and shows little to no interest in trying to correct there mistakes. Absloute wild staff that don't take their job seriously.

mr. Moore was rude, we helped out a non English speaking customer and it seemed like an inconvenience to him.

Person at the front desk are all unhelpful. They don't want to be there they act like we're imposing on them. Terrible service if they don't want to work they should be fired

This is the worst post office. Staff is very rude, unprofessional and lazy. They kept giving me the run around. They gave me the wrong mailbox keys.

1105 N 18th Mail giy refuses to pick up out going mail! I've had to call over 10 times. Mail sits in outbox for weeks making all of our bills late creating late charges and even had my electric cut off. He sucks and so does this ist office! Sent something for over night delivery....paid the 13$ and it got there 3 weeks later causing me to lose my NY Driver's License!

I’ve had two orders say they’ve been delivered at my front door and I have been home twice with the blinds wide open for it to not be delivered. Called customer support and said they couldn’t do anything about it besides paying for insurance to ensure it gets delivered. I believe they need to investigate their drivers on route when things like this happens. It’s very upsetting when you are expecting any packages you paid for just for it not to be delivered.
Update 5/23/25 at 1:45pm the delivery driver was being rude and didn’t want to help at all. I asked “excuse me do you kind of I bother you for a minute” and he gave me the dead stare. Like please do not be rude and cut me off when I had a simple question on an order that is expected and very important!

Very rude person on the phone. I was calling to follow up with my mail box they suppose to change the locker and it’s been two weeks now the locker hasn’t been change . It says 2 to 5 business days and I’m still waiting , and I live down the street 4min away .

Dealt with a Kimberly there was terrible, ride and dismissive. The mail carrier gave me the wrong parcel key for my package, and as it was delivered through UPS, I only had their tracking number. Kimberly pretended there was no was she could find the USPS tracking and therefore couldn't help me. I called USPS customer service and got the tracking number easily.

I just had the best experience at this post office. The lady that processed my passport application was absolutely professional and friendly. The whole appointment didn't take longer than 5 minutes. She was amazing.

Had to get a passport, wasn't sure what all I needed and Makesha and her colleagues were so Helpful. I was treated with the upmost respect, they went out their way to get me all proper documents for my passport. Thank you again!

Subject: Concerns Regarding Service at Local USPS Facility at 300 N 10th St, Killeen, TX 76541
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I have received from our local USPS facility. Unfortunately, I have encountered several instances of unsatisfactory service, ranging from interactions with the delivery mail clerk to the facility manager.
Regrettably, many of my packages have been delivered to incorrect addresses, and attempts to resolve these issues have been met with limited assistance. The front desk staff and management have not demonstrated the professionalism expected in such situations. When the manager contacts the delivery personnel for clarification, the response often lacks accountability, and the manager appears to support these claims without further investigation.
These ongoing issues have resulted in significant disruptions to my family's plans, including cancellations. Despite these challenges, there has been no offer to rectify the situation by sending the delivery personnel to address the errors. Consequently, we are frequently compelled to contact retailers directly, hoping they will understand our predicament and provide a resolution, such as a refund or resending the order.
I believe it is crucial to consider implementing disciplinary measures to ensure accountability and improve service quality. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to positive changes within the facility.
