My experience today was troubling I Shattered my Ankle from Abilene,TX and was treated in Fort Worth,TX due to severity of the injury and been staying with Friends in Killeen,TX helping me to get to my appointments and since I’m not local but have the state ID they won’t fill my medication I half to see a local doctor. ??been with out my meds for three days too late now since it’s Christmas Eve and Christmas Day tomorrow Then Surgery Tuesday 12/26/2023 would highly advise not to use this non incompetence pharmacy and workers

EVERY TIME IVE ATTEMPTED TO USE THIS "PHARMACY" THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO ME! NEVER AGAIN! I WAS JUST SEEN AT AN ER & HAD MY SCRIPTS SENT HERE & THEYRE NOW REFUSING TO FILL MY MEDICATIONS WITH ZERO EXPLANATION GIVEN. I AM A STEP AWAY FROM BEING HOSPITALIZED & THEYVE PROBABLY JUST ENSURED THAT THIS HAPPENS TO ME NOW!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH HOW THEY TREAT EVERYONE LIKE CATTLE & I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW THEYRE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS!HAD TO LEAVE 1 STAR TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW BUT THEY DAMN SURE DO NOT DESERVE IT!RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN! If I could give zero stars I would!! Been a customer for 15 years and it’s horrible how disrespectful the employees are here! You should not make a customer feel horrible when you ring up the items wrong and they come back in trying to get it adjusted!!! When trying to use my coupon the lady copped an attitude with me and said if you don’t know how to use the app I guess you don’t need them! Horrible experience!!!

.I called Thursday for prescription delivery, the tech told me it would come next day.While on the phone, I asked why I could not see my prescriptions on my Walgreens app and he told me it's a glitch and happens sometimes-no big deal. No prescription came. I called Monday morning and asked again why my prescription was not delivered, she said "I can't tell you why mam". I asked for it to be delivered. She said ok it'll come today. No prescription came by 6pm. I called back. She was snooty "you don't even have a card on file." Yes I do. If you can't see it why did tech 1 and 2 fail to say something? Why not call me back? She said she would send me a text with a link to add a card to my account, never did. I called the corporate number and the pharmacy tech told me I have two accounts. He said the pharmacist would have to merge them. Then he transferred me without telling me back to my local Walgreens. She picks up and tells me she just talked to me. That she only sees one file for me. There are not two. She says she sees the car and very judgemental says "it's takes a few minutes to see the card mam, it's there now" I told her my card has been on my Walgreens app for a while I did not just add that. Told her cooperate must have fixed my files. She asks if I want my script delivered I told her yes, but now it is coming tomorrow. I can't see my prescriptions still so Walgreens still didn't fix it.Update today:I can see the one script I asked be delivered is "ready for pickup". Walgreens how hard is it to just do ask I have asked and you've told me you will numerous times over. Good Lord get your prescriptions filled anywhere else this place is a headache and they could care less.

Ok so let’s talk about this Walgreens. It’s never fully staffed. The refrigerator has been out of service for two years. Really Walgreens? So dont look here for any emergency refrigerator products because they don’t have any. The pharmacy staff is very rude and Walgreens as a whole refuses partnerships with insurance companies because they can’t make money out of the deal. I’m beginning to think Walgreens and Walmart should merge. They don’t care about people whatsoever.

Friendly staff, and usually not too busy. They used to have longer hours, so if you work a 9 to 5 during the week, go immediately after work if it's ready. Closer you get to the closing time it gets crazy.

This message is for Manager Kym. When Corporate set you straight on how Walgreens’s runs there stores and you showing them what you not going to do is called insubordination! When the next customer request you match a price with the Walgreens app. Be ready to say yes with a smile. The disrespect you had towards me is inexcusable.

Ms Melon was great she helped me look for an item that wasn't in stock and even called other stores to help me find it all while being the only person on the floor while her Co-worker was on break!! Give her a raise Walgreens!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I want to give MELON a shout out at the Killeen Walgreens on E Elms Rd. I completed an online order from Idaho and contact the store to make sure that my Express payment was received and the order was paid for before pick up. She was very friend and professional. She completed my order and everything went smoothly. She truly made it an easy transaction, even though I was in IDAHO. Thank you MELON for your great customer service!!! GOOD JOB E ELMS RD STORE!!!

I was there to gets some medicine, it’s closer to my house I always go to that’s location.. I was in line to gets checked out . As soon I closer to the cashier he left me on the counter and walk out and start taking on the phone .. I ask him I was next in line why you do that’s . He was very rude his name HUGO Putorican guy I ask the next cashier why he did that ?HUGO was so unprofessional. I don’t appreciate his behavior. Make sure he take care people in line next time before he gets on the phone and walk away

I'm not sure what's wrong with walgreens pharmacy getting electronic prescriptions, but several times my physician and my daughters physician office have sent over electronic prescription and walgreens staff argue with me the never received it, even after my doctor and daughters doctor provided proof they sent it in. I've tried to reason with the staff about the issues, but most often they get a little rude about it, instead of addressing the problem. I'm was always late getting my prescription and so was my daughter. I just decided to go with another pharmacy.
