“Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.The other lady didn't speak to any of the customer's besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.I don't feel she was being rude she simply doesn't really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.”

“Store 1077 has to be the cleanest Rainbow I’ve ever stepped into. I’ve been shopping at Rainbow since I was in high school (class of 06) and being from Austin we only had two located on Runberg and Capital Plaza both are overwhelmed with racks of unorganized mess little nick nacks at the register that make it hard to even stand inline or place on clothes on the counter or sift through what their selling. Although this Rainbow in Killeen was spotless spread out felt like an actual boutique everything was set up for viewing and shopping. I was so impressed I had to praise the managers and cashier. It felt like the store was having a grand opening this will be my go to Rainbow from now on. The vibe alone is something to go for very friendly staff.”
