“First, I had a blast, it was a fun shopping experience. - everyone was so friendly and kind. I'm in a chair with my dog, and I'm independent enough but I so appreciated even customers asking me if I need help. Shout out to the lady who picked out the Ladies Church Friendsgiving dress cut in front to the belly. Im 62 and had working breasts! You tickled me. Second, the clothes on the racks were stylish, there were definitely class dresses; I liken the styles to clothes H&M. I love a discount and every mainstream store has the exact same tacky style, buying from the same distributors. So discount + style. And the boots I picked up - everyone noticed and complimented me and they were comfortable for 3 hours. I do walk a little. I know nothing of the business, if it is a franchise or corporate or DD herself runs it, but hats off! Next time I may check out hats I'm sure they won't disappoint.”

“I usually don't shop in Cato, however I was looking for my daughter something to wear for a party. I looked everywhere and someone told me to try Cato. I am soooo happy I did, I was at the end of my rope, but Jennifer helped my daughter try different styles to figure out what looked good and what she felt comfortable wearing. She was ringing customers at the register, but she was also very attentive to my daughter as well. We will definitely be back because of Jennifer.”

“Store 1077 has to be the cleanest Rainbow I’ve ever stepped into. I’ve been shopping at Rainbow since I was in high school (class of 06) and being from Austin we only had two located on Runberg and Capital Plaza both are overwhelmed with racks of unorganized mess little nick nacks at the register that make it hard to even stand inline or place on clothes on the counter or sift through what their selling. Although this Rainbow in Killeen was spotless spread out felt like an actual boutique everything was set up for viewing and shopping. I was so impressed I had to praise the managers and cashier. It felt like the store was having a grand opening this will be my go to Rainbow from now on. The vibe alone is something to go for very friendly staff.”
“Last minute dress was needed. Found something cute for $9.99. Boy did they have nice jewelry to help dress it up. Great customer service. Welcoming. Great old school music. I couldn't fit most of the clothes but the jewelry I could fit ? The cashier wrapped every piece with care. This was my first time in the store. I will visit again when I return for another visit. Very happy with my visit to this store.”

Not knowing the store or where exactly to find something I liked and that would fit I asked for help and Torrie was so sweet and helpful! Not pushy, genuinely interested in finding something I'd be happy with. She even laughed at my silly jokes! In the end I'm happy with my purchases and would definitely go back! “Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.The other lady didn't speak to any of the customer's besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.I don't feel she was being rude she simply doesn't really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.”
