Polite front end staff in Kohls. Helpful and friendly, even with a long line. Saphora staff not so much. When in the Sephora, I was not approached by any employees. Bought several fragrances, no one asked if they could assist or answer questions. Felt like Walmart Vs Macys

I came in today, was in the area and had a gift card to spend. Let me tell you, your floors looked amazing. Your janitor does a good job and takes pride on the floors. The store looked clean. The cashier was friendly. I am a janitor myself and that was the first thing I noticed. Great job.😀
