The Kingwood H-E-B location on 59 offers a variety of cultural foods in a melting pot environment. Customers praise the clean, organized store with plenty of open checkout lines. The cashiers and baggers are described as extremely kind, professional, and friendly. One reviewer had a particularly positive experience when a staff member named Sue went out of her way to prepare a custom sushi roll just for her. However, not all customer experiences were positive, as some reviewers noted rude behavior from other customers and a few rude employees, especially around the pickup area. Being able to find eggnog on Christmas Eve, made this my favorite HEB of all time.

I love H-E-B but I will no longer come back to this location I went to self checkout and there was a guy name Rick there I had put something back cause I didn’t want it anymore and he got very mad I said I’m sorry was I not sopost to put that there he didn’t say a word and looked at me very angry
