“This hotel looks brand new. The entire building and the room was immaculately clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is located super close to the airport and highway too. Our flight left really early in the morning so we could not get the breakfast.”

She saved me when I arrived late at the airport and the shuttle was not running anymore, she recommended I take Lyft. I don’t use Lyft, in my town it does not exist, and Uber had no rides available. Thanks ? Tranisha!! I will stay here again. The sheets are silky soft too!!”

“Had a really great experience at this hotel. Checked in around 11:40pm, and the manager, Germine, was friendly and very helpful with explaining the airport shuttle and getting me and my sisters on the sign-up sheet. In the morning when I came down for the 5:30am shuttle to catch my 7:30am flight, there was some kind of issue with the shuttle not being there. Germine called a ride share for those waiting to ensure we got to the airport on time. He really went above and beyond - the Fairfield is lucky to have him!”

“Used this hotel while my power was out. The staff is friendly, caring, and polite. Although they had a limited menu for breakfast, it was more than adequate under the circumstances. They had been without power earlier. Hurricane Beryl had knocked trees down and power outages all over the area. The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Will use them in the future.”
“I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Mesa Palace Inn. I had to make a last minute change to my room accommodations and I saw this place and a "now open" sign, so I decided to check it out. The desk attendant was very nice and let me check in early with no problem. The room was very nice, all new decor, with a sliding "barn door" to the bathroom and an above counter, travertine looking sink. Everything was clean and my stay was quiet. I was very pleased.”

“Staff and management here are fantastic! I found this place after another hotel had a power outage due to severe storm in Houston and I’m so glad I did. Room was pristine clean, there was no noise even though the hotel was full that night. Very safe with monitoring including the parking lot. Also easy access to Houston IAH airport. I will definitely stay again!!!

“The Best Place To Go. Safe & Quiet. Very Decent Rooms That Are Well Maintained. The Managers Keep Things Like The AC Units Clean So People Do Not Get Sick. They Do Not Have Breakfast But There Is Unlimited Coffee & Juice.The Managers Man & Woman (Possibly A Husband & Wife Owners Are Extremely Kind & Friendly. I am happy to report that the room was very clean and pretty quiet place overall. $10-12 lyft ride from the airport. Air conditioning was cool, but I don't think the room ever got to the 60° that was registered on the AC unit.”

“Our flight to DFW was diverted and we had to stay overnight in Houston. We were hungry, frustrated, and tired after a 12hr flight, 2hr wait in baggage claim and another 2hr quest for answers from American Airlines. We were received so well by the reception desk attendee, Neil, was very kind and professional despite being bombarded with many frustrated passengers. Later to find out that this was his first night on the job! We were highly impressed by his composure. Neil is definitely an asset to Sleep Inn, he handle this crowd of frustrated passengers so well on a night that we were in most need of it! Thank you to Neil for making this experience with Sleep Inn exceptional.”
