“After having a long day of flight cancellations and delays my family and I had to make an overnight stay here in Houston last minute. Kelvin at the front desk got us a shuttle over to the hotel and got us in a room right away. He even hooked us up with a shuttle ride to grab some food right down the road. Excellent customer service!”

“Amazing hotel! Great location near lots of shops and restaurants and the movie theater is walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and social hours are an added bonus. There's even on-site security to prevent car break ins which has been happening a lot in Houston hotels. This will be my choice of hotel anytime I come back into town.”
“My husband and I stayed there while our sister was in the hospital August 1st & 2nd. Our room was spotless, both times. The shower was immaculate and hot water was abundant. I would definitely recommend, the managers were happy and pleasant. One of the managers has abundant gardens and plants ,it was a beautiful taste of home admiring her loving care for flowers. There is a feeling of being outside of the chaos of the city traffic, but right around the corner is a big gas station convenient store with most things you need or may have forgotten to pack?”
“This hotel looks brand new. The entire building and the room was immaculately clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is located super close to the airport and highway too. Our flight left really early in the morning so we could not get the breakfast.”
“I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Mesa Palace Inn. I had to make a last minute change to my room accommodations and I saw this place and a "now open" sign, so I decided to check it out. The desk attendant was very nice and let me check in early with no problem. The room was very nice, all new decor, with a sliding "barn door" to the bathroom and an above counter, travertine looking sink. Everything was clean and my stay was quiet. I was very pleased.”
“This hotel is GREAT! Staff are super friendly , especially Tranisha at the front desk! She saved me when I arrived late at the airport and the shuttle was not running anymore, she recommended I take Lyft. I don’t use Lyft, in my town it does not exist, and Uber had no rides available. Thanks ? Tranisha!! I will stay here again. The sheets are silky soft too!!”

“Disclaimer, I am a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton hotels. Doubletree, Embassy Suites, and Hilton are my go to’s. I stay at this hotel five to ten one night stays for early AM flights.
Minuses - non really other than a small bathroom with a shower - tub behind the door. Those crappy big pillows that squish down to half the size and no bounce whatsoever but it seems they’re all doing the same.
Pluses. Location if you have one of those 6 AM 7 AM flights. It’s very quiet and no road noise can be heard from the rooms. Above average gym although the equipment could use a little updating. Breakfast food is very good quality so I would assume lunch and dinner would be the same. Plenty of elevators and ice machines. Price is valued priced IMHO. My overall rating is a 4.5.”

“Missed my connecting flight in Houston due to delays and I was put up at the comfort Inn. I expected a sketchy hotel but it was nothing but. The front desk were very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and there are some decent restaurants within walking distance.”

“Staff and management here are fantastic! I found this place after another hotel had a power outage due to severe storm in Houston and I’m so glad I did. Room was pristine clean, there was no noise even though the hotel was full that night. Very safe with monitoring including the parking lot. Also easy access to Houston IAH airport. I will definitely stay again!!!

“Attentive staff. Breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, yogurts, juices, and waffles. The business center had two computers, printer, and fast internet. Location is close to bus stops that can take you downtown. Clean room. The walls are kind of thin so you should bring sound machine or ear plugs. The TV in the room lets you connect to your Netflix account.”
“Was a little hard to find our way in. The front desk people were real nice, the breakfast was good and always had plenty to eat. Rooms were clean and was able to check in early with no extra charge. Everyone that works here was real nice.”
“This is a really amazing hotel! The management is great very kind and works with you, it's a very good location for local warehouse workers or any general out-of-town workers, the rooms are really nice and has daily room service that keeps the rooms well maintained and cleaned, the prices are Fair and worth every penny. Unlike some hotels at the price they actually have a decent kitchen with a electric stove and a generous size small refrigerator, the lighting is great and adaptable. It's the perfect place for anyone looking for a hotel for any purpose rather is be coming to town for work or if your in need of a place to hang your hat in tell do you get back on your feet either way this is a amazing hotel and I would deeply recommend it.”

“We had another quiet room (other than planes flying overhead) with comfortable bed. The fellow that checked us in was very helpful. He went above and beyond. I had asked for a paperclip to open my phone to replace my SIM card and he stepped right up and did it for me. Really appreciated your help and easy going manner.”
“I was worried at 1st, but I had to stay because nothing was available due to the hurricane. It was clean. The pillows were comfortable. They're lucky I didn't take one because it's the only pillow that has stopped my neck pain in 2 years. They will start ringing your room an hour before checkout, and God forbid you aren't out 5 minutes before until checkout. They will start knocking. It's quite annoying. Other than that - it's worth staying.”

“Solid spot. Stayed here for work in a king suite. Bed and Couch were comfy, AC was solid, Shower was hot. Wifi was fast enough to watch a movie. Things were clean and the room had a fridge and microwave.”

“The Best Place To Go. Safe & Quiet. Very Decent Rooms That Are Well Maintained. The Managers Keep Things Like The AC Units Clean So People Do Not Get Sick. They Do Not Have Breakfast But There Is Unlimited Coffee & Juice.The Managers Man & Woman (Possibly A Husband & Wife Owners Are Extremely Kind & Friendly. They Are Surely Focused To Run A Good Establishment, Which Speak Volumes To Someone Like Me.The Suite Is Modern & Has Plenty Of Surfaces To Eat, Work & Whatever You Need. It Is Also Across The Highway From Restaurants & Fun Places. I Was Not Able To Visit, But Maybe In The Near Future.I Definitely Recommend A Stay Here For A Weekend Or To Suite Your Personal Needs.Safety: I Felt Very Safe During My Stay.”

“My flight came in early morning, surprisingly, I was still able to check-in. The place was clean inside and out. My room had a weird smell when I arrived but it cleared up. Breakfast is hearty, with plenty of choices.”

“Karia, one of the front desk associates, made my stay better by being kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot. I was disappointed though, because instead of having a laundry room like advertised on the internet. There is an advertised laundry facility but instead of a facility, it was a half broken washer and a half broken dryer. I didn't feel very excited about how worn down and how the facility seemed like it was needing to be spruced up overall, for the amount of money spent, I feel like it was a great deal and the staff was exceptionally kind.”

“We stayed here mainly because of the location near the airport, and because United Airlines covered our first night and meals after our flight was canceled. The staff was friendly, the food was enjoyable, and overall the service was good. What we appreciated most were the comfortable beds. The room was also well-equipped, with a desk for working and a smart TV.
That said, the hotel itself felt a bit outdated, and there was a strange smell in the hallway. The pool area could use some maintenance too: the water didn’t look very clear, and the lack of umbrellas under the scorching Texas summer sun was disappointing.”

“I truly enjoyed my stay while I was here. The rooms were big and clean which is a plus. I had fresh towels everyday which I didn't expect because I didn't put towels out. I do appreciate that the bed was apparently comfortable although the pillows are questionable but doable. Overall experience five stars across the board. In the future if the price is right I will stay here again”
