Second thing when I enterd the room b/c of i used to work in corporate hotel i checked everything in thec room and I was surprised with their amenities cleanness comfort of the room was exceptional in this price o% difference as compare to 4 star hotel i swear on it!! in the last when I was checking out i was little delayed so housekeeper knock the door G.M was there Mr Hnery patel he offered me extra time and in the end with full of care and shows genuine hospitality to offer me breakfast even breakfast was closed at9:30am this is why they got me permenantly keep doing this grat service guy's! God Bless you more n more 😀”

When I mentioned that it was our first time staying there—and that I had brought my partner to celebrate his birthday—they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was beautifully arranged, the accommodations were exceptional, and our room was absolutely gorgeous. I’m so happy I chose Hotel ZaZa for such a special occasion. Luis and his team truly made our first visit memorable, and we cannot wait to come back!”

“I went to Houston to help a family member who lives 6 minutes from the hotel. I ended up extending my stay twice, for a total of 15 nights. My whole stay was great - no complaints! Room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and well-lit. AC worked great. Towels and linens were bright white and bedsheets stayed cool. Pillows were plentiful and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The free breakfast was always well stocked: waffles (that you make), assorted breads, fresh fruit, yogurt from a machine, oatmeal, little cereal boxes, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and they alternated bacon/sausage every other day. They also had tortillas and biscuits, and I think they had gravy too. The coffee station was available 24 hrs a day, which I loved. If you have a car, be aware that there is an additional daily fee to park, but that's to be expected from downtown hotels. They have a front and back parking lot, and in the evenings, cones are set up to make sure that only hotel guests park there. Security will check your parking permit and move the cones to let you in. On several nights, I returned very late, and I appreciated that security was monitoring the lots. The staff is friendly, and I especially enjoyed hearing housekeeping singing as I passed the room she was cleaning. (Although if she realized I was walking by, she would stop.) My room was on the 3rd of 4 floors, and although the elevator worked well, I often took the stairs because it felt very safe to do so, and I could park steps away from the side doors. The hotel is within easy access to the freeways, and with a car, you're a short distance from grocery stores, Specs, drug stores, fast food, & other restaurants. There is a small pool that looked inviting, but I never had a chance to use it. There is also a small fitness center that I didn't get to use either. I did however use the ice machine every day, and it also has a spout for you to fill up your water bottle. To sum it up: great hotel, great staff, great room, very safe, and well managed! I highly recommend this hotel!”

“Front desk clerks were super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and very detailed in explaining everything I needed to know about the hotel. My room was fresh, clean and well maintained. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and very good. The shuttle to get to and from the airport was awesome. Literally took a minute to go from the baggage pickup spot, down the escalator and the train was right there. It was one stop to the hotel, then up the elevator to the lobby. I would absolutely recommend.”

“Our room and service at the Hyatt Regency Houston were exactly as expected. During check-in, Ryan at the front desk offered a very thoughtful suggestion that ended up making our day on the checkout day, especially when our flight was delayed. We truly appreciated his recommendation and the flexibility Hyatt provided. The hotel is connected to Houston’s famous underground tunnel system, which stretches for more than six miles. We had fun exploring part of it while thunderstorms passed outside. The air-conditioned tunnels connect the hotel with major businesses, restaurants, and shops located beneath the surrounding buildings. Signs and maps were available at the main entrances and connections, making the system fairly easy to navigate. If you have spare time during normal business hours, such as while waiting for a flight, I definitely recommend exploring the tunnel system when staying at the Hyatt Regency Houston. The tunnel system appeared to be open only during regular business hours when we visited, so it would be wise to confirm the hours in advance.”

“My family & I stayed here 9/10-9/13. It's decent and checked all the boxes that we needed for our brief stay in town. Although the rooms are a bit older and there maybe some cosmetic touch ups needed here and there but most important to me is that it's clean. At a decent price point we were able to workout in the workout facility, go for a swim at night, have free breakfast, get gas next door with quick access to the freeway. Then come back later on that day to a refreshed room. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning ladies did a great job refreshing my room. Lee-Lee that works the breakfast is awesome! Lee-Lee was so fun & friendly and felt like family, which made our stay even better.”

“This hotel is kind of a deep cut. Multiple water features. A little musty, but charmingly so. Very late 80s, with interesting architecture and easy parking. The lobby is a true 3rd space. During the day, the building is beautifully lit and milling around is decently entertaining. The employees are kind and knowledgable. Somehow I always come back here.”

Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Only con I can give it is the walls on the rooms are thin. You can hear people in the hallway, outside, etc. Overall 8.5/10.”

“I stayed here for a few nights recently, for work. I wasn't expecting much. The hotel exceeded in every way. Service was spot-on. The location is excellent, surrounded by every necessity you can think of. Drinks at the bar are great, and so well priced I left thinking I'd been undercharged. Food on-site is better than I expected. And the room...the room was exemplary. The bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, the shower was so well-designed, storage space was more than ample, a fridge and microwave were included, and the room was 100% spotless. The only MINOR issue I had was with noise from the neighboring freeway. BUT...the room included a built-in white noise machine so, problem solved. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Excellent in every way.”
