“I have been coming to Houston for years on business, and it is regrettable that I am only now discovering The Whitehall Houston. This is a fantastic establishment, through and through—from beginning to end, and even beyond. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and delightful conversation. I am especially thankful for the front desk team—Shirley, John, Ana Maria, and Kelvin—who made sure I was settled into a wonderful, spacious room and handled all of my needs throughout my entire stay with utmost care.
I was in Houston on business and had many Amazon packages arriving during my stay. The team made sure to notify me promptly and took great care to ensure everything reached me in a timely manner. Even with a return package that needed to make its way back to Amazon after my departure, they were fully committed to helping. All of my business needs were addressed—from printing and signing legal agreements to faxing them as well. This level of service is truly over the top.
The entire staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, offering recommendations for navigating downtown Houston, and their team even served as personal chauffeurs using the hotel car. And let’s not forget the on-property restaurant, Edgars. The food is fresh, delicious, and inventive—a thoughtful fusion of Texan, Mexican, and Southern comfort flavors—paired with care and attention given to every beverage they offer.
This is a wonderful place to stay, and I plan to stay here again whenever I am in Houston!”

“I travel frequently for work and have the good fortune of staying at The Four Seasons in Houston most times I visit Houston. This hotel is single handedly my favorite thing about visiting Houston and I don’t have a single negative thing to say about it. Lovely and tasteful rooms, kind and thoughtful hotel and restaurant staff. If I had to summarize the hotel in one word: Quality.”

“First stay and I was definitely a fan. We stayed at the JW Marriott in Houston and I'd choose this one over that one. The charges for every little thing were annoying (high required valet cost, amenity fee, credit card fee, excessive room service fees and costs, $2 for a whiskey ice cube) but all nicer hotels are like that so it's not like they're doing something out of the norm. But great atmosphere, no unpleasant or odd smells, really nice room, the butterfly headboards made it for me! Love that there's room service and a mini bar, would like to see some more room service menu options, and maybe some more upscale room service menu options to match the overall vibe and cost of the place. Would give it another go for sure!”

“Hands down one of the best guest service experiences we have ever had. Charmaine at the front desk is exceptional. From the moment we called in when we arrived at the airport, to check in & throughout our stay, she made us feel welcomed, valued & taken care of. As frequent travelers, we notice great service when we see it, and Charmaine truly stands out.
Our teenage girls even mentioned how friendly she was, which is rare praise coming from teens. She goes above and beyond for guests, and how we were treated, confirmed we made the right choice staying here.
The airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the driver was super friendly. The hotel was clean & the beds were comfortable. Staying here & Ubering to the cruise port was a smarter option than paying premium prices to stay in Galveston. Highly recommend this hotel!”
“My experience at The Post Oak Hotel was unforgettable. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - elegant, meticulously maintained, and visually luxurious. It’s easy to see why it’s one of Houston’s most sought-after locations for upscale events.
From a logistics perspective, the space was well-organized and accommodating. Security and on-site staff were professional and attentive, and the clientele was upscale and respectful.

“I have been staying at the Hilton in north Houston for 6 weeks and every morning I am constantly impressed by the service at the Starbucks in the lobby. Katelyn, Alanis, and Arlenis are three of the best baristas I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks before. They are consistently kind and helpful.”

“This wasn't a place on our radar. Since our original stay was canceled last minute we decided to book this stay. Room looked brand new amd clean. Area around the hotel was clean amd looked nice. Service was super. Front desk service was excellent. Everybody was always ready to help and make our stay pleasant. Specially Kuma. Always going extra mile.”

“Service has been great. Coming into the building, a gentleman helped me up the escalators with my luggage. Check in was easy. Service at the Flights restaurant was great (special shout-out to Hector and Rebecca for being so warm and helpful).
Speaking of the restaurant, there is only one restaurant in the hotel. They have a buffet in the morning. For lunch, if you need something fast with protein to hold you over, I recommend the chicken and cheese quesadilla. For dinner, I enjoyed the smothered chicken (chicken in mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes and broccolini).
I stayed in a king standard room in the north tower. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was a little firm, but still comfortable. There are only 40 channels, but you can log into YouTube or Netflix for additional streaming content.
Parking on-site is around ~$30 per day.
I would recommend a stay here.”

“I went to Houston to help a family member who lives 6 minutes from the hotel. I ended up extending my stay twice, for a total of 15 nights. My whole stay was great - no complaints! Room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and well-lit. AC worked great. Towels and linens were bright white and bedsheets stayed cool. Pillows were plentiful and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The free breakfast was always well stocked: waffles (that you make), assorted breads, fresh fruit, yogurt from a machine, oatmeal, little cereal boxes, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and they alternated bacon/sausage every other day. They also had tortillas and biscuits, and I think they had gravy too. The coffee station was available 24 hrs a day, which I loved. If you have a car, be aware that there is an additional daily fee to park, but that's to be expected from downtown hotels. They have a front and back parking lot, and in the evenings, cones are set up to make sure that only hotel guests park there. Security will check your parking permit and move the cones to let you in. On several nights, I returned very late, and I appreciated that security was monitoring the lots. The staff is friendly, and I especially enjoyed hearing housekeeping singing as I passed the room she was cleaning. (Although if she realized I was walking by, she would stop.) My room was on the 3rd of 4 floors, and although the elevator worked well, I often took the stairs because it felt very safe to do so, and I could park steps away from the side doors. The hotel is within easy access to the freeways, and with a car, you're a short distance from grocery stores, Specs, drug stores, fast food, & other restaurants. There is a small pool that looked inviting, but I never had a chance to use it. There is also a small fitness center that I didn't get to use either. I did however use the ice machine every day, and it also has a spout for you to fill up your water bottle. To sum it up: great hotel, great staff, great room, very safe, and well managed! I highly recommend this hotel!”

“Great hotel with central location in SW Houston right on I-610, with free breakfast for all guests, closed multi-story parking and full-sized bar at the lobby area, alongside a reasonable market for quick bites & drinks. Walking distance to Galleria Mall, as well as nearby shops like CVS, Marshall’s & target.
Reception staff is efficient however couldn’t say the same about bar staff.”
“The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the room was truly world-class! I absolutely loved the bed—the pillows and comforter were so comfortable that we fell asleep almost instantly and woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed the next day. I also loved the pool, especially because it was heated! Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back again!”

“My sister and I stayed at the Granduca for a beautiful Houston wedding weekend and it turned into a wonderful sisters weekend, thanks in part to this hotel, it’s lovely staff (shout out to Alba, our favorite member of the GD staff!), grounds and amenities. We felt like we were in Italy and not in Houston. Its serene vibes, artful atmosphere and restaurant and bar were top notch and we can’t wait to come here again.
There are also many perks that you need to inquire about - such as a breakfast credit per day, a private driver for small trips, and a welcome beverage.
A+ service, classy, and an all around memorable stay.

“this is a very nice hotel and a very good location but is very old. I think it's like over 100 years old but in a very nice condition. The top floor is the presidential suite at at $1,800 a night and was very nice. This super nice suite has several rooms and even an outdoor bathtub and is in the older traditional decor. We enjoyed our visit tremendously.”

I had a great stay at ABVI America’s Best Value Inn – Medical Center, located at 2419 Riverside Dr, Houston, USA, conveniently near the H-E-B store.
The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I always felt comfortable and safe on the property.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job daily. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was simple, organized, and served in a clean area — a nice way to start the day.
The location is very convenient for the Medical Center, with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with great service.

“Haven's Inn is the best motel i have stayed in Houston Tx they have continental breakfast the staff is so polite and the rooms are big nice and clean they have washer and dryer that we can use and if you just the type person that loves to keep to yourself its perfect my favorite part is the Texas shape waffle maker in the mornings.”
