“This is our go-to place to stay when visiting Houston. It's convenient for our purposes and is in what seems to be an overall decent area. Plenty of local dining options.The rooms are always clean and the place is typically quiet. The staff is always very attentive to details. Be smart as in any big city, but I feel good about returning to it for our future stays.”
“I arrived to a very clean property that was well maintained- I checked in with Karen and she was very nice and friendly- I left to work and cameback and was greeted by the night desk clerk Eddie- I very appreciated that they were friendly and could tell that they both cared about their jobs- good employees like this are hard to find! My room 204- was clean and spacious- My bed was comfortable and I appreciated that there was a desk area to sit and do my work at! Warm shower and a microwave and tv all worked well! Parking lot was always well lit and seemed safe enough to where I didn't have to unload my vehicle like to do in some hotels. Thank you staff for making me feel at home!”
“The rooms in this hotel are exceptionally clean. This hotel is the tidiest Surestay/Best Western hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. We stayed with points last night which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Check in was fast, and breakfast was great. They have waffles, bacon, sausage, bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, and pasties. During breakfast I noticed they have a server checking the availability of the food constantly which is amazing. You don’t have to ever ask for anything. I have never seen that in any other best western hotel before. The hospitality staff is so kind at this hotel. The location is gated and the hotel does have security cameras. They are also very reasonably priced, We have booked a 5 day stay for Christmas as well.Rooms: Immaculate. Very clean.Safety: Gated location and very safe.Food & drinks: Great food. Hot and cold breakfast.Noteworthy details: Great customer service”

“I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Mesa Palace Inn. I had to make a last minute change to my room accommodations and I saw this place and a "now open" sign, so I decided to check it out. The desk attendant was very nice and let me check in early with no problem. The room was very nice, all new decor, with a sliding "barn door" to the bathroom and an above counter, travertine looking sink. Everything was clean and my stay was quiet. I was very pleased.”

“Although it is close to the airport, there are no shops nearby. There is only a convenience store attached to a gas station about 300 meters away.Noteworthy details: The entire hotel is non-smoking. There is only a smoking area at the entrance. The balcony of the room is closed and cannot be accessed.”

“Shuttle service was easy and convenient. Easy checkin process. Overall not a bad airport hotel, though not quite up to Hampton/Hilton standards. Deadbolt was really tough to lock, food crumbs on floor in my room, found a few tiny bugs crawling along back of desk as I ate my dinner, and nothing to clean equipment in the gym (multiple empty wipes containers).”

“DO NOT PARK AT THIS PROPERTY!!!We stayed here and parked our car here during a 12 day cruise. On return our catalectic converter was sawed off and we had to drive 180 miles home with ear plugs in. We filed a police report but the hotel manager never responded to our calls (we are still waiting). Do not park here...it cost us over $1,000 to replace....a very expensive mistake. BTW...there are no cameras for the parking are behind the hotel.”

“Very clean place very friendly clerk idk his name but he's always there at night and he is the best very attentive my card didnt work when I got up to the 3rd floor so I called and instead he told me to wait that he would come up to the 3rd floor and opened my door....and the BEST PART my fur baby was allowed at no extra charge she is a full blooded pitbull her breed is considered aggressive and they do not discriminate BEST LOCATION IVE BEEN TO IF I COULD I'D GIVE 5 MORE STARS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Parking lot is nice and clean and very spacious no kind of drug addicts hanging around no one outside begging very very relaxing location!!!! Rooms are very clean and spacious!!!!! Lovvvveeeee it!!!!”

“I don’t understand how they can let a phone ring and ring for over 30 minutes and not pick up.Right now they’re only dropping off and picking up terminal A and B but they have continuously driven past B without stopping. Had to take a train to get to A. Couldn’t tell the staff because they didn’t pick up the phone.Location is convenient for the airport. Rooms are decent for the price. Wouldn’t stay here if I had a choice.”
