“I went here for a business trip and I needed to find a cheap place near by. And the price. I was surprised as I thought the rooms were going to be dirty and unclean but they were.very clean and well made and the breakfast was good for the price of the hotel. And the staff were nice and very helpful and helped me out with the deposit and the booking sites 10/10 very nice.”

“This place shows some sign of age in spots, but it is very well kept, very nice pool and patio areas, typical decent Staybridge breakfast, clean rooms with great shower. If you get a room on the backside it overlooks a quiet residential community with waterway and fountains. However, the other side is just off the Beltway and would be very noisy.”
“Truly a very welcoming, diverse, and absolutely a classic all American hotel! No complaints or any issues during my recent two week stay here. It was extremely comfortable to sleep, shower, and unwind in during my stay. Excellent pricing, great location, and has plenty of parking. When I’m back in the area, I will certainly be staying here again!! Thanks y’all!!”

“I travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of hotels. This one was pretty decent overall. Much more so than others in the area but it’s overpriced. It seems to have a bad reputation as far as being in a bad or “dangerous” area. After asking around, it’s because a clerk at the convenience store next door was murdered during a robbery but I never saw any type of criminal element in the area during my stay. The staff were great, the hotel was decent and clean and the breakfast was good. They just need to work on lowering their rate for us working folks.”

“Disclaimer, I am a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton hotels. Doubletree, Embassy Suites, and Hilton are my go to’s. I stay at this hotel five to ten one night stays for early AM flights.
Minuses - non really other than a small bathroom with a shower - tub behind the door. Those crappy big pillows that squish down to half the size and no bounce whatsoever but it seems they’re all doing the same.
Pluses. Location if you have one of those 6 AM 7 AM flights. It’s very quiet and no road noise can be heard from the rooms. Above average gym although the equipment could use a little updating. Breakfast food is very good quality so I would assume lunch and dinner would be the same. Plenty of elevators and ice machines. Price is valued priced IMHO. My overall rating is a 4.5.”

“Missed my connecting flight in Houston due to delays and I was put up at the comfort Inn. I expected a sketchy hotel but it was nothing but. The front desk were very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and there are some decent restaurants within walking distance.”

“Really enjoyed my one night stay. The rooms I viewed were beautiful. The front desk staff patiently allowed me to change rooms. Breakfast was very filling...lots of choices in food and beverages. Check-in and Checkout was seamless. Convenient location. No trouble finding parking.”
“Great hotel for the price. Stayed here during a high school baseball playoff weekend and was impressed with the customer service from all of the staff I encountered (until it was the morning of check out) as well as the breakfast selection. Initially the only negative thing I can think of was that the hot tub was out of service, not that I would have used it.
Check out is at noon so when the first housekeeping staff member came by at 10:45 am to see if we had left without telling the front desk I understood. But then they proceeded to come by every 15-30 minutes knocking and asking when I would be leaving. Every time I said noon. Yet they still (often the same woman) would come back in 15 minutes to see if it was noon yet. It was not. I know they need time to clean the rooms but good lord. I paid for 3pm to noon the next day so I shouldn’t be bullied about staying until 11:50 am.”
“Bedrooms are great well kept outside is picked up privacy fence secures all around for a secluded style parking lot i travel alot and have seen some rough places so its nice to feel comfortable with the truck out there plenty of lights and cameras didnt try breakfast but the rooms for the rate are amazing would definitely book again thanks and the lady's at the front super nice super tentative”

“Attentive staff. Breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, yogurts, juices, and waffles. The business center had two computers, printer, and fast internet. Location is close to bus stops that can take you downtown. Clean room. The walls are kind of thin so you should bring sound machine or ear plugs. The TV in the room lets you connect to your Netflix account.”
“This is a really amazing hotel! The management is great very kind and works with you, it's a very good location for local warehouse workers or any general out-of-town workers, the rooms are really nice and has daily room service that keeps the rooms well maintained and cleaned, the prices are Fair and worth every penny. Unlike some hotels at the price they actually have a decent kitchen with a electric stove and a generous size small refrigerator, the lighting is great and adaptable. It's the perfect place for anyone looking for a hotel for any purpose rather is be coming to town for work or if your in need of a place to hang your hat in tell do you get back on your feet either way this is a amazing hotel and I would deeply recommend it.”

“We had another quiet room (other than planes flying overhead) with comfortable bed. The fellow that checked us in was very helpful. He went above and beyond. I had asked for a paperclip to open my phone to replace my SIM card and he stepped right up and did it for me. Really appreciated your help and easy going manner.”
“I stayed here for two nights a year ago when there was a big event in town and we were having some work done on our house. Everywhere was booked solid and I was able to get their last room. Didn’t get price gouged. Paid a very fair price for very nice accommodations. Would stay here again.”
“Solid spot. Stayed here for work in a king suite. Bed and Couch were comfy, AC was solid, Shower was hot. Wifi was fast enough to watch a movie. Things were clean and the room had a fridge and microwave.”

“The Best Place To Go. Safe & Quiet. Very Decent Rooms That Are Well Maintained. The Managers Keep Things Like The AC Units Clean So People Do Not Get Sick. They Do Not Have Breakfast But There Is Unlimited Coffee & Juice.The Managers Man & Woman (Possibly A Husband & Wife Owners Are Extremely Kind & Friendly. They Are Surely Focused To Run A Good Establishment, Which Speak Volumes To Someone Like Me.The Suite Is Modern & Has Plenty Of Surfaces To Eat, Work & Whatever You Need. It Is Also Across The Highway From Restaurants & Fun Places. I Was Not Able To Visit, But Maybe In The Near Future.I Definitely Recommend A Stay Here For A Weekend Or To Suite Your Personal Needs.Safety: I Felt Very Safe During My Stay.”

“I was not expecting much about this hotel because I just found it to be close to the Houston airport. Everything about this hotel was good and it has a nice pool that my daughter enjoyed. Breakfast is very basic but the best about this place are the comfy beds. You can get a really nice rest after a long trip. Very affordable for all the service provided.”

“Karia, one of the front desk associates, made my stay better by being kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot. I was disappointed though, because instead of having a laundry room like advertised on the internet. There is an advertised laundry facility but instead of a facility, it was a half broken washer and a half broken dryer. I didn't feel very excited about how worn down and how the facility seemed like it was needing to be spruced up overall, for the amount of money spent, I feel like it was a great deal and the staff was exceptionally kind.”

“Nothing bad to say and for the price online I was surprised that this place seemed well kept and would recommend this to anyone passing through!! Basic cold breakfast and coffee. Parking is tight if you're towing a trailer with only 1 way in n out. I drove my 26ft box truck in their and a PK UP truck and trailer landscaper was already their i think I would have been screwed if I had a trailer. Not enough room to turn around if you get caught in that situation.”
