I left a scathing survey that was forwarded to my email in frustration the manager Robert reached out to me directly with a phone call. I have to say in all my 40 years on earth I have never had a better customer service experience in any industry or service ever. This guy isn’t just a manager or care about the bottom line. I’m pretty sure he just loves paint more than I do and I paint fine art for a living. His work ethic is unparalleled. As long as I’m in this area doing work I won’t use another paint brand or store. The kingwood location at 1315 northpak is it.”
