“I’d like to begin with I do believe Benjamin Moore makes a better product. I’m a professional artist and I have found that historically their products just cover better. I left a scathing survey that was forwarded to my email in frustration the manager Robert reached out to me directly with a phone call. I have to say in all my 40 years on earth I have never had a better customer service experience in any industry or service ever. This guy isn’t just a manager or care about the bottom line. I’m pretty sure he just loves paint more than I do and I paint fine art for a living. His work ethic is unparalleled. As long as I’m in this area doing work I won’t use another paint brand or store. The kingwood location at 1315 northpak is it.”

“I love the product at Sherwin Williams, but not as much as I love the people. They are always as helpful as they can be. Polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are such a help for home decorating projects!”

“I'm a first-time homeowner and was looking to do my first painting project. I did a lot of research online and decided to check out Sherwin Williams because of the quality of their paint. The first time I went, I gathered color swatch options and brought them home to tape on my wall. Once my wife and I picked a color, we went back and ordered the paint. I was surprised it only took 10 minutes for them to mix it up for me! They were very friendly and helpful and gave advice about paint supplies I would need. I didn't feel pressured or steered toward higher-priced items. They were very honest. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will definitely use them in the future!”

“I needed to match paint for touch ups to sell my house. Neither Home Depot or Ace matched it. The guy at SW did! Took my sample and adjusted it until it came out just right.”

“Arturo and his crew are the best! Very attentive, professional, and courteous. They go the extra mile and treat you like you're important. * The only flaw is I've been coming here the past few weeks and their Air Conditioner is broken. I dont know how they are able to do such a good job in heat draining conditions. The store is hotter than being outside. Take care of your employees PPG.Other than that, great job Arturo”
