“Today, I visited store #03466 and had the pleasure of working with the store manager, Ramon. I’m writing this review because Ramon provided exceptional customer service during a difficult situation. Although I was frustrated and admittedly behaved in a belligerent and unprofessional manner due to being unable to return a pump purchased in 2024 with an active extended warranty, Ramon remained patient, calm, and highly professional throughout the entire interaction.
He de-escalated the situation with remarkable composure, thoroughly explained why I was unable to process the return in-store despite what I had originally been told, and took the time to ensure I understood my next steps. Ramon even wrote down the necessary information from my receipt on a sticky note so I could properly file my claim online for a refund.
What stood out most was that Ramon stayed with me the entire time I was in the store, including while I was on the phone with customer service, offering support and professionalism despite my disrespectful behavior. His patience, understanding, and dedication to helping me resolve the issue did not go unnoticed.
I truly appreciate Ramon for handling the situation with such grace and professionalism, and I hope this review reaches him so he knows how thankful I am for his outstanding customer service despite the challenging circumstances.”
“I got helped by 3 gentlemen today: Tasco, Sergio, the MG office manager. So kind and thorough. All were smiling the whole time I was there. Makes it look like they love what they do which makes the customers feel great too when making a purchase. I give them 100 stars. They tried to educate me with the paint colors. Helped me select the best color for my steel door. I drove 1hr to come here and was very close to closing time, but was not bothered by it. I was more sorry than anything. I really appreciate it so much and looking forward to getting the best quality and best color for my entrance door! Thank you.”

“Had them mix up a custom metallic silver color for me. I could only bring a little bracket for them to match and that didn't stop them. Had me out in around 25 min. Back to the shop I went and shot the color and it was spot on. I used their clear as well and everything laid beautifully. I'll be back to get more paint and supplies!”

“Everything inside the store is great, but the parking lot outside is a complete dump—it looks like a third-world country. There’s enough trash to fill ten dumpsters. The companies renting space here ought to demand cleanliness; it seems like living amidst trash is becoming the norm. Are we getting used to living in filth? Has this actually started to seem normal to us? 👎”
“I drive all the way from Katy to come to Patina Lane. I have Dixie Bell supplier closer to me, but Patina Lane always has what I need in stock. I think she keeps literally everything from the Dixie Bell and Prima product lines in stock.”
“The staff is warm comforting and knowledgeable about every single product for my painting needs. It is my favorite paint supply purchasing location in the Houston area. If they don't have what I need, they will find it, and usually have it for me by the next day. Other paint stores in Houston area leave a lot yet to desire. There are times that I actually will make a special trip, whether near or far, just for the experience. And I love the products that they recommend, takes a huge load off my mind, and I am the most complex person that I know.”

Took the car over there and matched it directly and sprayed and showed sample right next to my vehicles . Will continue to do business here as long as I can they have been there going on 15 yrs now .They also have discounted paint that customers left or ordered without getting exact match for cheap on a table in front all different colors probably can buy enough to paint a whole car $100 that's unheard , and quality of paint is excellent lasted 7 yrs no issues till sold the car in one .”
