“Excellent service from start to finish. Jada was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the entire experience. Everything was handled efficiently, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.”
“Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Jimmie even brought us bottles of water while we were unloading! Great customer service that you just don’t see very often.”
“I had an outstanding experience at the 23000 FM 2100 location and i spoked with Angelia. She helped me two days in a row, and both times she did exactly what she said she would do. She called me back when she promised, she was professional, patient, and took the time to resolve my issues completely. It's refreshing to receive such reliable and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate her dedication and follow-through. Thank you for going above and beyond—I highly recommend this uhaul location. Kudos to Angelia”

“Such a brilliant start and end to the holiday. Owner has so much time to show you around the RV, he will run through everything and twice if you are unsure. Shows you all you need to know and is super thorough. Gives you tips on fueling etc also tips on how to return the vehicle. On return he could have not have been better also, not over fussy, very friendly, realistic about usage of equipment etc. Had a couple of little issues with the vehicle equipment and sorted everything out with ease. The sorted us details of a cab to the airport. Big thanks to Randy and his team, dedication above and beyond in our eyes.”
“Katherine has great customer service I came in to rent a U-Haul she went above and beyond to help me to get me the right size truck that I needed for my move. Some crazy lady came in screaming about her storage Katherine was very professional and explain to the lady that she has to help the person in front of her and she would get to her next. You should be glad to have her as your employee”
“Stephanie was amazing to work with and the gentleman working the equipment bay was super knowledgeable! Wish I knew how awesome and easy it would be to rent from this U-Haul! 10/10 experience!”

“I rented a 12 passenger van and a recall happened the week before the rental making availability of the vans very limited. The Budget location emailed me and we were in constant communication about this issue. They were honest and told me they likely wouldn't have one so I could line up alternatives (and not have to ruin my daughter's 14th birthday party). Even though they gave me this honest recommendation, they came through with the van just in time and everything worked out well.”

“I gave this place a 5 star because of good equipment and friendly staff, and quick in and out. However, I'm not sure if it's a U-Haul thing or location thing ? But renting a 20' box truck that gets 9-12 mpg a quarter of a tank of gas @ $3.69 on a daily rental causes renter to stop twice for fuel in order not to over fill and make where you going.”
