“I reserved a SUV for a family trip with another car rental company and was told the morning I went to pick it up that they didn't have a vehicle for me (very unprofessional). Needless to say, I was in a bind and needed something quick as we were supposed to be heading out of town that morning. Luckily, I found out that Toyota rents out cars and had a minivan that would fit all of my stuff and family. Kim was super nice and helpful and the minivan was pretty comfortable, great on gas, and met all of our needs for our trip. I can't thank Kim enough for saving our family trip... “I rented a 12 passenger van and a recall happened the week before the rental making availability of the vans very limited. The Budget location emailed me and we were in constant communication about this issue. They were honest and told me they likely wouldn't have one so I could line up alternatives (and not have to ruin my daughter's 14th birthday party). Even though they gave me this honest recommendation, they came through with the van just in time and everything worked out well.”

When we arrived, the assistant manager, Ms. Melissa, took the time to understand what we were moving and made sure that we had everything INCLUDING the appliance dolly that we absolutely needed.The whole transaction was smooth and everyone at the store was very considerate.
