“The service inspection started off a bit rocky, apparently the inspector was not informed of the job until that morning! The inspector (Cole) was super professional and helpful. He also arranged for the delivery to happen within hours of his inspection! All in all we were very happy with the service, other than their internal communication issues I would recommend the company.”

“I had called and ordered propane from another provider (not Enderby) because their price per gallon was so low. But after waiting for 10 days without getting a delivery, and after multiple phone calls to an off-shore call center, and after multiple apologies and empty promises, I canceled that delivery order and called Enderby. I spoke with friendly people in an office 20 miles away. And 3 hours later, the Enderby truck drove up and filled my tank. The driver noticed a small cap was missing on my tank head and he replaced it without my asking. I had to pay a little more for propane, but it was certainly worth it. What a relief to deal with people who know how to provide great customer service. Thanks Enderby!”
