This place was awful!! Waited 40mins past my appointment time, and the office manager was abrasive and rude. I’ll NEVER go here again! Terribly disrespectful experience.

This review is for Angela in appointments/costumer service. She is amazing. I had an appointment mishap and she took my call with patience and determination to find a solution. And she did! She is very professional, calming and just really nice. She even called me back to make sure my issue was resolved. Angela, You're the BEST! Thank you

Called for refill was told I need to come in for a follow up appointment, called back to see if they could send a prescription for 7 days until my appointment it’s BP medicine and my BP was high they never returned my call or sent the prescription I arrived for my appointment today admittedly I was 7 minutes late arrived at 8:52 my appointment was at 8:45 I waited in the general waiting area over 45 minutes nurse finally came after I asked the receptionist if there was an issue, then sat another 30 minutes in the patient room no doctor no nurse went to ask receptionist if I could reschedule as I had another appointment she went to check and said I was the next patient in go back wait another 10 minutes I ask the nurse with the pink hair where is the doctor I’ve been waiting well over an hour and she tells me I was 7 minutes late to the appointment as if that is justification…unprofessional and disrespectful when the doctor came he was in an out in less than 5 minutes, 2 hours of my day wasted and I had to reschedule my other appointment…I do not recommend and I will not return

This is the last time i'll use ARC. I have been on week 4 of a head cold, turned sinus infection, turned eye infection. An intern at another medical clinic ordered a CT scan because of my chronic sinus issues. I went elsewhere because I kept being dismissed by ARC. The CT scan showed what she thought was a sinus tumor. I scheduled a visit with an ENT at this location and he was rather irritated at me crying because I'm scared. He refused to actually exam me, showed me my CT scan and stated it was just a cyst. He also made it seem like I'm making up my symptoms and I'm not actually experiencing chronic sinus infections. Low and behold just a few months later and this is by far one of the worst sinus infections I've ever experienced. I'm appalled at the apathy and neglect I've received from multiple ARC locations. I have a 4 year old that I'd love to watch grow up, yet I can't find help for my chronic illness. I almost didn't schedule a Drs appointment due to the incompetent care I've been receiving. DO NOT USE ARC.

went there for a sore throat, got told they didn’t know and would run more tests, then they call and tell me again they don’t know so therefore can’t give me anything. then when i call and beg multiple times for medicine that the doctor recommended in the first place they won’t even send it to the pharmacy and here i am still suffering even more as my infection becomes more swollen and white puss sockets take over my mouth and i’m just having the worst week and i just wanted some antibiotics for my throat or even anything. i’ve never experienced such poor care. if a patient is in pain and has had issues in the past with throat infections, maybe just give them something for the infection instead of doing malpractice and trying to kill me while i sit here in tears hoping anyone would help me because even the doctors clearly don’t care. do not recommend unless you want to die waiting for medicine or care from them

Excellent staff and doctors. I was happy with the care and the quickness of it all. It was a fast appointment but covered everything. Great outcome. We are moving out family to ARC.

I was skeptical obviously because I read the reviews of this place. However it’s a place where they accept my son’s insurance and is close to him.
I went in today for the first time ,and may I say I was surprisingly pleased! The front desk people were so lovely ! Check in was easy, and the wait time wasn’t bad it was somewhat busy I would say and I got there 10 mins before my appt and waited 10 and got called in. Super fast and on time!
Took my son to Dr Yi. And she was so nice ,and so patient with my son ,and handled him with care.
My son needed X-rays
Got him in for X-rays right after his appt and got results just now thru the Mychart app! Now my anxiety is gone as don’t have to wait for days to get results .
I am so happy I came here.

NP was great and efficient. Customer service, scheduling and front desk had poor urgency, lack in basic customer service skills and etiquette.

My specialty providers tend to be in other cities when I need them. Made a direct visit after waiting 60 minutes on the centralized phone system (hangs up after 60 ) only to be told not in office and had no back ups. And have to wait two and half days. I was reminded they are not hospital but a for profit business. The last person I talked with was an assistant to the assistant supervisor. Others must be off or in another location. I do not recommend.

Staff is wonderful in house. The answering service is terrible. I spent hours on the phone yesterday trying to get a doctors excuse for my son's school. I had to go twice to the clinic to get it. I left in a hurry to drop it off at school on time and I realized they write the wrong dates. I call today asking to get it fixed and faxed and just keep getting transferred. Care is great but getting a doctors note should not be this difficult

If you are looking for good consistent medical care I DO NOT recommend ARC. They have dropped two of my PCP’s without letting me know, making it almost impossible to get my medications refilled. I have had to wait a year to get in with a new PcP. And their phone line is terrible ! You will wait nearly an hour every time to be transferred from one person to another and that will not ensure you are getting the correct information.
