“The insurance is awesome. I was with USAA who kept raising my rates and making any excuse they could to raise those rates. I switched to Fred loya and now I insure two vehicles for the same rate USAA wanted to insure one vehicle for. Sure they aren't available 24 hours but when they are available their customer service is exceptional.”
