“Took my vehicle here for maintenance and some upgrades. It was great that Brian listened and provided feedback to what I wanted to do with my vehicle. I laid out a list of what I wanted to have done and provided feedback from others experience to avoid similar situations with what I was wanting to do.
Brian also reviewed my own work on my vehicle and fixed an issue with transmission shifting hard due to me not adding enough transmission fluid so big thanks for that! He was also forthcoming with what his shops limitations which showed he cares about more the quality of his work.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future.”

Each vehicle has been lower than factory ride height, which not too many alignment shops will touch. My last visit in February was in my 2021 GTI for an alignment, and mounting + balancing of BBS Motorsports wheels. The GTI drives like a dream after the alignment and new wheels mounted. We were able to drive with the donut the 45 minutes to Ricks shop and he instantly helped us. He and his team were able to patch my tire and get us on the road in 20 minutes to head back to Dallas. If it weren’t for him and his team, my friend wouldn’t have made her flight back home today. THANK you all for your kindness and quick resolution.
