“Took my vehicle here for maintenance and some upgrades. It was great that Brian listened and provided feedback to what I wanted to do with my vehicle. I laid out a list of what I wanted to have done and provided feedback from others experience to avoid similar situations with what I was wanting to do.
Brian also reviewed my own work on my vehicle and fixed an issue with transmission shifting hard due to me not adding enough transmission fluid so big thanks for that! He was also forthcoming with what his shops limitations which showed he cares about more the quality of his work.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future.”

“My daughter’s car broke down on Sunday when they were closed. I was able to drop it off at his shop and leave the key in a mailbox for them Monday morning. After a diagnosis, he found another issue that needed to be resolved and fix both issues. I also asked if he could fix the AC since it wasn’t blowing cold. He fixed all three issues in one day and got the car back to my daughter so she could come visit me for thanksgiving. Truly thankful for the quick turnaround. Definitely recommend them.”

Each vehicle has been lower than factory ride height, which not too many alignment shops will touch. My last visit in February was in my 2021 GTI for an alignment, and mounting + balancing of BBS Motorsports wheels. The GTI drives like a dream after the alignment and new wheels mounted. “Had car trouble on my way through town and thankfully ended up here. I don't particularly love chain mechanic shops, but I feel like this place sets itself apart. Manager and staff were very attentive, even letting me go into the shop and look at what was happening with my car. When it turned out they would be unable to arrange repairs immediately, they were very accommodating in keeping the vehicle on site and safe while I arrange to get it back home. If you live in the area, check them out! When an employee tells me how much they absolutely love working on cars - that's a good sign in my book!”

“Rick and his team were such a blessing today. A friend and I had been at a bnb in Wimberley and woke up to a flat tire. We were able to drive with the donut the 45 minutes to Ricks shop and he instantly helped us. He and his team were able to patch my tire and get us on the road in 20 minutes to head back to Dallas. If it weren’t for him and his team, my friend wouldn’t have made her flight back home today. THANK you all for your kindness and quick resolution.
