“I had an exceptional experience. My window was rolled down, and when I tried to roll it back up, it made a terrible crunching noise and wouldn’t close. I came in on a Friday expecting that I’d probably have to leave my car for several days because I didn’t think there was any way they could fit me into the schedule that late in the week.
I was told that the schedule was full up, but then someone stepped out of the back office, came out to look at my car, and immediately started finding a solution. He tracked down the part at a dealership in San Antonio and personally drove there to pick it up so my repair could be completed that same day.
I was honestly blown away by the level of customer service. They didn’t just fix my car—they went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t left with a window that wouldn’t close. Taking the time to squeeze me into the schedule and making a special trip to pick up the part showed a level of dedication that is incredibly rare these days.
Thank you to everyone involved. Their willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and it did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will gladly recommend them to others.”

“I had called to have them check out a car before I bought it. They talk to me for almost 20 minutes about the car looking it up on Carfax and walking me through what I should need. They were extremely helpful and didn’t even need to do that since I did not buy anything. Truly great character, speaks a lot about the business!”
“Overall great service I was nervous about taking my 2 year old but it went great since she was able to keep herself occupied the whole time in the play area that they have another great thing was the changing table they have available in the restroom. This place is over all family friendly and comfortable to be since oil changes can sometimes take a while !”

“I've used these guys a few times when I don't have the time to work on my truck myself. I've never had a bad experience with Youngblood. They're always quick with their services, never try to sell you on repairs that are not necessary and are great with keeping you in the loop. Prices are more than fair in my book. Give em a shot for your repair needs! Great prices and selection on tires and they have some cool Yeti stuff up at their shop!”
“Roger and his team took great care of me and my dog when my truck died literally down the street from their garage. Having a diesel truck, I am pretty picky about which mechanics I let work on it, so it was a blessing that my truck died just a 100 yards down the road from a diesel engine repair shop. Roger was able to accurately assess the issue and they were able to squeeze me in and get the truck running again in just a couple hours. Then I took it back a couple weeks later for additional work and they were able to get it all done in a few days…communication was great throughout the process and the charges were what Roger initially quoted me. Overall a very positive experience, and I will be taking my diesel trucks back there for any future repairs and maintenance.”
