He took the time to answer my questions and explain what I needed to know regarding my brakes and rotors, which made me feel much more confident before coming into the store.
When I arrived, Trine assisted me and continued that same level of outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood the information she was sharing with me. That kind of customer care really stands out.

“This is my favorite Auto parts store in Kyle. I can order something online and pick it up in the store. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. It is nice when they also recognize you and treat you like family. I usually go in and bring in my used oil and make it easy and painless to recycle it. In times where I need to order something, they are quick to order from the warehouse and either have it delivered to my house or delivered to the store. My only complaint about this place is that is a little hard to get in to the store, as you have to enter on one street and you can only exit to the right down Center street. I will navigate the entrance and exit because I know I can get what I need and also be treated like family at this place.”
“High Tech Automotive did a phenomenal job taking care of my car after it was damaged by hail. They went above and beyond, repairing the hail damage and fixing areas where the paint was chipping. The car now looks brand new. Their team was excellent to work with from start to finish. “I really like this location. I always get my tires done here. Some of the other locations will take a few hours to get my tires changed out, but this one usually has them done within an hour.”
