Quick and easy visit. All staff were courteous and friendly. Lady at the front desk was all smiles and nice. Cammie (not sure how she spells her name) ,the phlebotomist, did a great job and distracted me enough that I didn’t even notice the needle. I would go back to this location. No problems!

I was nervous to go here after reading horrible reviews, but I experienced nothing but kindness at CPL Kyle. The front desk lady and the lady that drew my blood were both very nice.

Phlebotomist was fantastic! Supervisor in the front obviously not too concerned about customer service... That manager/supervisor sets the tone up there so don't expect much in the way of courtesy or customer service front staff.
