I want to give a huge thank you to Justine that works at the facility. I went in yesterday after being stuck 4 times at two other locations, in a single day. My veins are very tricky, but she was able to catch it in my left arm on FIRST TRY! On top of that, she's very nice and welcoming which made the visit 10x better. All of the ladies that I spoke to were very helpful and kind. I will definitely be back when it's time for annual lab work. Thank you guys!

When I first read the reviews, I was quite concerned to go in to the CPL, but I decided to give it a shot, pun intended, lol. I will have to say I was extremely pleased with my visit. 1. The office was clean. 2. They were extremely quick I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. 3. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I would absolutely go back again, the team was great!

in and out in 20 minutes total, no people waiting! 8am on a Monday! excellent service, friendly staff. new padded chairs in waiting room, but i barely needed one!

I want to acknowledge Samantha at the Kyle CPL. Not only is she excellent at her job, I have very small veins and no one can ever draw on the first try unless it’s Samantha. She has a skill like no other. Thank you Samantha for going above and beyond and also helping me when my paperwork was lost in cyberspace.

These people are so rude that I don't know he they keep any patients. I called my doctor and had them send me to a location way out of my way just to stay away from them. Today!

This is my second time back and every time it's been a good experience. When I got there some how my dr didn't send to the right cpl. So they held my spot until I got it faxed over and I was in quick. Told them I needed to lay down and they gave me a different room. The nurse came in and she calmed me down. We were in the room laughing. Understand it's only a few of them and alot of people. So come in being nice. But I will be back

despite the negative reviews, I made an appointment with them. They're just not as friendly but I know what's it like to work with people so I get it haha. The service was fast and easy.

The staff disrespected me in front of all these people in the waiting room. She said she could not find my referral disrespectfully and kept telling me the Dr I went too did not send it many times while shaking her head with attitude and speaking with it as well. Her name was Samantha and I am telling all of you that needs blood work done please do not go here. She should not be where she is. She spoke to many other customers disrespectfully the 15 min I was there. A few were older people trying to get work done.

Well clearly negative reviews fall on deaf ears here at this clinic but none the less, the front large Hispanic women was rude to every single person who walked in (mainly elderly people) if you don't enjoy the work your doing find something else to do.And I'd suggest being careful talking about clients that are in the clinic some people don't have the strength to hold their tongue like I did.Definitely suggest going somewhere else if good customer service is something you desire.

Save yourself and go to the CPL in San Marcos or try one in Austin. I have the impression that the phlebotomists at this location are not very skilled and not very kind. When your job is to do venipuncture you should be at least one or the other (skilled or kind) and preferably both. It is worth the drive to find a better CPL.
