The staff are friendly and are constantly stocking new items. I love that there is always something different each time I go, which is a great surprise!The staff work hard, especially during holiday seasons trying to keep up with stocking and keeping the store organized. It can be difficult due to many customers not cleaning up after themselves or their children. But overall I would definitely recommend Ross because you will find some great deals on name brands!
