“I stopped by this Walmart this morning around 8:30 am. I was really pleased with what I saw. I have not been happy with Walmarts use of the self checkout machines. Many times when I would visit in the past they were the only thing available( no people cashiers). Today was different. The store was clean, and the employees were busy restoking shelves..etc... I observed 3 or 4 employees asking customers if they could help them. There were 2 ladies working the front cash registers( actual people!!!). I am really happy to see the store looking so good. KUDOS to the person or people responsible for these positive changes.”
“Wow! The level of customer service is above and beyond! I had to overnight a package to a customer and it costed an arm and a leg. The owner of Buda Print and Shop was not only empathetic- he called twice to help me follow my package and provided updates. They sent me a proof beforehand, and the color of blue I needed wasn’t quite right. They worked with me and got the perfect color thread and had the shirt done in no time. I would highly recommend!”
“Arrived a few minutes before 10:00 a.m. and AARON was opening the shop. 1st man was helped promptly then I. Needed FedEx International envelope for important documents to get overseas. AARON was knowledgeable and extremely polite.My hearing isn't the greatest and he took extra time with me. He was very patient as polite! The small shop is very tidy and set out nicely. Oh, yes very convenient as just inside Walmart, to the right side.Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and helped get the best price with signature upon arrival.THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO AARON! “I’ve been here about 4 times; 3 times were pretty good because I’m just in and out. I walk in, drop off the package and legit don’t get asked any questions and just get my receipt and leave. Walked in another time and felt like I was asked 21 questions and given a lesson about how delivering packages works. I don’t need a lesson on how the packages end up flipping over I know what happens to packages when they get shipped. Guy got my package and started shaking it and flipping it aggressively which is like alright, didn’t need to do all that. Not sure if he’s new and following a script but wasted 7 minutes of my time.
The package ended up spilling contents everywhere when it got delivered by the way which has not ever happened with my packages so I’m not happy about that”
