This is the absolute worst branch. The ATM always has something wrong with it. Either it’s not taking cash, closed or the card insert is finicky. They seem short staffed all the time cause lines are always super long. It’s so frustrating.

Shout out to Alyson Guerrero! She is so kind and helpful. When first walking in, I was greeted and directed to the correct person. She followed-up with the situation to ensure that everything was taken care of.Thank you Alyson! This is the reason I will continue to come to this location! I appreciate this team of staff that was here.

It's great and all but i don't feel safe here because there is no security guard unless the person standing at front door with no uniform is a security guard.

Always the first to shudder their doors! I’m really over Randolph Brooks. Once upon a time they were small and they cared. I’ve been with them for 25 years. Now that their big, it’s all about money and not at all about customer service. Example: Cashiers checks are $3 now and were once free. You can also no longer call the branch direct. Everything goes through San Antonio.They of course took out all of the drive thru windows too so now you can’t see who you’re speaking too. Now you see two little eyes shrouded by a face mask.Employees are courteous so I blame this wholly on the Branch Manager and corporate greed.Below is another customer upset about the coin change fee and the “owners” reply is that they keep “other” fees low. I say that’s a lie. I’ve just given you another example. Sounds a lot like a spin-off of “affordable” health care.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Their ATM ate my debit card and they said the machine will automatically shread it and I will have to order a new one from my bank. This is ridiculous!! Do not use their over priced and error riddled ATMs!!!

RBFCU has placed a 5% surcharge on their coin counter machine. There acting like Wells Fargo and other big banks. I was out $4.84 the other $96 went on the principal along with my car payment. Ive banked with them for over 50 yrs back then you talmed to the same person when applying for a loan and had a personal bankerThey have gotten too big for the ordinary person

In person the branch is friendly and relatively quick. If you have to call to speak to someone it's terrible. The wait is always 45 minutes to an hour on hold. I've been disconnected a few times and had to start the wait over. Even with the call back option, you still have to wait about 5-10 more minutes on hold once they call you back.

Love this credit union! They always greet us when when come in, I never have to wait long in line outside or at the drive thru. They are always helpful and nice when I have questions or concerns.

RBFCU is a great bank. Easy to sign up. Great service and hours. They have a free notary service. They can handle account change issues right at the desk. When my debit card ID was stolen at a gas station they called me, confirmed it wasn't me making transactions in Killeen all over the place, and paid the money back to my account. Best bank I've ever used.
