I noticed through Google Maps this place was open till 10 pm. I high tailed it over to the CVS Pharmacy. When I walked in, there were 3 ladies ready to grab my package. Especially agent Virginia who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a rather large and heavy AMAZON return. She came out to the curb with her scanner and help me unload, scan and prepare my return for shipment. The UPS freight driver who was loading his truck also assisted and loaded my return on his truck at that time. I'm in the automotive parts business, so, I know excellent customer service when I experience it. And kudos to the store management for their customer service training.”
