“I've used uShip half a dozen times when buying something heavy or bulky from a distant seller. Each time it has worked very well. It's great actually. The thing I need shipped happens at fraction of the cost going directly to a shipping service like UPS or a trucking company, and the independent truckers using the service are able to fill empty space on a load and make some extra money. This time it was a lawn tractor that was 1500 miles away. One other time it was a 700 pound welding table that was almost 3000 miles away. I highly recommend this service.”
“Both Derek and Jordan are so helpful and attentive whenever I come to the UPS store on S. Lamar, which is multiple times per week! Because they're so nice, I ship my USPS items out of here and avoid the USPS stress. I've done amazon returns, nuuly drop-offs, printing services and more. Really appreciate having such a nice neighborhood UPS store that I genuinely look forward to going to when I need to.”

“I’ve been using the UPS Store on W. 34th as an extension of my office for over 20 years. I’ve almost always had a good experience, but during a recent fire drill I had very strong support from the store manager, Jacob.
Jacob was calm and confident and had good people skills. I had to deliver 2 packages of legal documents ,surveys & easements in duplicate & notarized. I fired off several emails to print and came in ready to start putting them together
I walked in & Jacob had both complete sets waiting / exactly as requested. He listened and then he delivered, calmly and confidently and correctly. UPS you have a winner here”
“Efficient and easy to get color printing, and at a super reasonable price. Everyone was nice and helpful and I didn't have to wait. There is also ample parking! Will be returning for any future printing needs:)”
“Ernesto is the man. He helped me ship out 20 boxes for an event in literally 30 minutes. He was kind, patient and moved super quickly.
The rest of the store employees also worked at a super fast pace to stop the line from getting backed up while I had to deal with this giant shipment.

“The delivery team from RXO gave me a call as e expected when they were 30 minutes away. We live way out in the country and are a bit hard to find. Apple maps shows our location but google maps has not mapped our development. The store had not given them good directions. The delivery guys called and we got the directions worked out.
