“I've used uShip half a dozen times when buying something heavy or bulky from a distant seller. Each time it has worked very well. It's great actually. The thing I need shipped happens at fraction of the cost going directly to a shipping service like UPS or a trucking company, and the independent truckers using the service are able to fill empty space on a load and make some extra money. This time it was a lawn tractor that was 1500 miles away. One other time it was a 700 pound welding table that was almost 3000 miles away. I highly recommend this service.”

“I had a complicated printing and shipping order at this UPS Store, and while there were a few hiccups along the way, the way the team handled everything truly impressed me.
The associate who originally helped me was incredibly friendly, positive, and eager to help with a very detailed order. I later realized she was new and this was likely her first complicated project of this kind. Unfortunately, some details were missed during a shift change, and when I returned Friday evening my order was incomplete and a bit disorganized.
What stood out to me was how the team stepped up from there. Shannon, Oscar, and Aedon were all extremely patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Oscar immediately understood the tight timeline I was working under, Shannon worked hard over the weekend to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time, and Aedon continued to provide excellent customer service when I returned Sunday to finalize shipping.
It was honestly refreshing to see a neighborhood UPS Store willing to take on the pressure with me instead of passing the problem along. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service is how a business responds — and this team absolutely delivered. Thank you all again!”

“So I walked in today to go ahead and return my package that I had to return back And Kaitlyn or Catherine I believe that was her name she was very very helpful in regards to making sure my package was shipped safe and properly she actually wrapped my whole box and made sure it was secured and I have never had that experience before. Usually people will just tell you stuff is right there and then you know, go ahead and do the stuff on your own, but she made It was taken care of!

“The delivery team from RXO gave me a call as e expected when they were 30 minutes away. We live way out in the country and are a bit hard to find. Apple maps shows our location but google maps has not mapped our development. The store had not given them good directions. The delivery guys called and we got the directions worked out. They were very polite and arrived a few minutes later. I would highly recommend this delivery company. Thanks RXO, see you next time.

I’ve gotten foam board prints done before from Vista Print and the color was way off both times. Huge relief these came out exactly how they were supposed to look! Both Travis and Tracy were super friendly in helping with my order. I will for sure be using them again in the future!
