“EZSHIP has pretty much become our de facto business for any and all shipping. I recently had to return an item via UPS, went in middle of the day and Freddy was helping me. For context: I normally budget 20-30min for dealing with shipping anything due to lines, slow process, etc... Freddy was able to help me out and get me out of there in about 2min total. He was friendly, efficient, and made it a very seamless process. With the holidays coming up, this will be the only spot I'll be shipping gifts from.”

“I came in today to simply buy an envelope and mail a little bit larger package in Ernesto helped me with kindness, patience, all while multitasking. There was a long line and people were dropping off packages, asking questions all while he was taking care of people in line. He is a true example of customer service with kindness and the lady he was working with this morning always helps in the same respect when I come to the store. It’s all about customer service and kindness, and they show great examples of it.”

“I had a huge set of 100 year old china from her great grandmother to get my stepdaughter. I called 2 different places that specialize in shipping fragile/antiques. Neither inspired confidence and one ghosted me, never followed through with a bid. Then I called Marissa and Kelly. They were great and they use best practices for packing china and have years of experience. It ended up taking 8 large boxes. Yes, it was expensive. But they made it across the country without any breakage, thanks to Marissa's great packing. So happy that I found Pak Mail on Balcones!”
