This is not a true credit Union location. They keep reducing services they don't have actual tellers, they got rid of the change machine, they spent all this money on this building and they're reducing services. This sends a bad message to its members that they're not having a positive financial outlook. When you don't offer the services a true credit union does normally and you keep reducing services you are sending mixed messages to the public.

Worst bank ever when it comes to the fraud and even alerts for fraud! My account got hacked and overdrawn by $4000 and they can’t even reverse it. Fraud manager said it’s already been done and cannot be undone! I did not even receive Alerts that there was activities going on to my account and my daughter’s payee account that I am responsible for. There was no notifications, even though every notification is turned on via phone and through the app and I did not get any alerts about this until I went to go check it one morning to move my co-pay from the savings account to the checking account to cover my co-pay for a doctors appointment and that’s when I seen that I was overdrawn by $4000. When I notified the fraud department, they did nothing literally nothing and called me stupid. A police report has been filed, but I doubt I will ever get that back

Fraud department is top tier, lady in accounts that helped was awesome. Even if you get scammed, UFCU will help with the chargeback because they have good folks working in their accounts department.

Greetings to all! As 10 year plus UFCU members my family, and I just wanted to congratulate and praise the Staff at Kyle Tx location on there above and beyond personal and professional customer/member service. From the moment the youngman checked my in at the front desk. Mr. Quiroz has helped us out several times, with student accounts and guidence with other accounts in a very professional manner. Today 6/16/25 Monday Ms. Itzel was a great help with concerns and issues with merchants and disputes. Itzel resolved all issues in a timely and professional manner, and assured me all had been corrected. Itzel went above and beyond when she noticed my worn burnt orange Texas Longhorn debit card , and issued me a fresh glossy debit card without even requesting one. It blew me away when Mr. Quiroz hand delivered the new card to Itzel for me! The family and I will continue being members at UFCU “Kyle” for these reasons. I just left there and the lady I dealt with was very rude and talked to me in a condescending manner. I was just curious about paying my credit card that I got through them and trying to understand if I'm ableto pay it with a different debit card or I have to transferfunds into my UFCU accountin order to pay it. She had me sit down and to talk to her and told me why she's having me sit down at her desk. The reason is to explain to me that I can't use another debit card. I've always had good experiences there but the manner she conducted herself is making me reconsider doing any sort of banking or business with them any further.

We don't bank with UFCU, but their ATM is awesome. You can get 5's, 10's, 20's, or 100's as denominations. Also, there is a maximum transaction amount of $4k, which can come in handy. Well worth the $3 surcharge for withdrawals using another bank.

Another home run! As always, UFCU Fraud department was diligent and reached out when something was fishy with my account. Turns out I was skimmed at the gas station. UFCU took the hassle out of the situation. Upon visiting my local branch here in Kyle, I quickly received my new card. Itzel at the Kyle branch was an absolute delight!

Their customer service is terrible now 😔 Literally took hours to get something so simple fixed. Got hung up on during the process and put on hold for over an hour total during the 8 phone calls I had to make. The customer service agents I spoke to had no idea what they were doing and just kept transferring me from person to person with no real resolution. I got so frustrated I just drove into the branch instead of calling. Phone line is just an automated system to a call center full of clueless uncaring and undertrained people.

From the moment we entered the bank, we were greeted by the Store Manager and Frank Quiroz, who welcomed us with a smile.
As someone who works with individuals with intellectual disabilities and special needs, I want to commend Mr. Frank Quiroz for his simplicity and inclusion. He made my student’s experience truly remarkable. Frank, you are an exceptional person, and your willingness to connect with others makes a significant difference.
Thank you, UFCU Bank, for hiring individuals with qualities like Frank! The universe needs more people like him who demonstrate that greatness is found in small gestures.

UFCU is great as a bank but this location was just slow, guy up at the front desk should learn how to do something to help the wait go by faster learn how to print out debit cards not just check in people.
