“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome experience with David C at this location!
I had five care packages to mail out for my son, who is currently serving overseas, and David was incredibly courteous, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Anyone who has mailed care packages to a loved one in the military knows there can be quite a few details involved, so the process took some time. David handled everything with such patience and a smile the entire time. What impressed me even more was how he continued greeting and assisting other guests as they walked in, all while making sure my shipment was taken care of.
I truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. It made something very meaningful to our family that much easier.

“Thank you to Mr. Joseph espericurta for helping me out, I came back home after being out of town and had a really hard time opening my mailbox. I talked to a nice lady ( I unfortunately did not get her name but thank you) who let me know that someone would be coming by to help me out. He was able to open it and gave me my mail, he was able to identify that I needed to the lock repaired. It was repaired quickly and I was able to pick up the new keys. Thank you so much Mr. Joseph!”

“I have only had 1 bad experience at this post office..the female attending me was rude and racist. After reporting her, the manager advised me she was from on loan from Progresso.then I understood that had to be true cause I had never saw her there before. In the 15 yrs I have lived in Mercedes not one of their employees have ever been rude to me.they have always treated me well. I really like the new system for package pick up they have.u get a key in ur box with A number on it.you go out to postal box area and there his this huge postal box to the far left of the room.find the one with the number that you have on that key.insert key turn, leave key and get your package..that simple.no lines no wasted time. Therefore no headaches. The guy that works there was kind enough to come from behind the counter and show me personally. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
