“Called walmart right before calling target, and lady was very rude. I asked if they had any student discounts, and was immediately shut down with no explanation, just ‘no we dont.’ Called target right after, and mind you they answered right away, when i had to call walmart 4 separate times. Juan in the tech department was very helpful and explained how student discounts are only through apple! How hard would it have been for walmart employee to explain that to me.. once again thank you to juan in the tech department, a simple interaction really goes a long way!!”

“Shout out to Desiree , this beautiful woman knows about car audio and was very helpful with assisting us with checking out the audio, she deserves a promo cause this kind of employee cares about the customer and helping them to get the facts before buying, the other girl laughed and refused to check it out but Desiree got to it and said let's do this, thank you very much because that's the kind of employee you want working for you, she should be assistant manager and teach the other employees how to treat a customer. Thanks for reading my post.”
