“Ignore the negative reviews they are upset just to be upset, life happens and you can't judge off of one experience. I have used the Harlingen locations on and off for years. I keep coming back to them even though they are 30 miles from me because unlike other local and national pharmacies they continue to carry my medicine and are very quick at filling them. Doesn't hurt that the staff is always friendly!!”
“This store is as good as it can be, but its getting to the point where I am triggered every time I shop there. No more Knorr Holandaise mix. No more constant comment tea. In March, I was told summer sausage was seasonal. Today I was told jalapeno bacon was seasonal. Put a damn label on stuff that is seasonal so we can stock up. Since when is bacon OR jalapeno seasonal in Texas. This is not the local managements fault. I seriously am considering ordering food from Amazon.”

“I really enjoy buying in bulk and shopping smart. My favorite buy from Sams club is their on the go snacks. I also enjoy buying juice boxes in bulk. Occasionally they have cute seasonal clothes. And cute Toms. I have ordered birthday cakes from here as well. Always a great buy. My kids and I occasionally enjoy eating pizza and hot dogs from Sams. Not always available but absolutely my favorite are the strawberry grilled chicken salad. I can't forget to mention I normally order my photo prints from here.”

When she opened the back door to my vehicle she noticed I had a cooler in the back seat and offer to break the ice and proceeded to place the ice in the cooler. “I have been coming to Sam’s Club for years, and recently I have noticed an employee named Melissa (I think that's her name) who truly deserves recognition. Whether she is greeting customers at the door or working as a cashier, she stands out.
I recently witnessed a situation at checkout where a customer was upset and the interaction became challenging. What impressed me was how Melissa handled herself. She remained calm, respectful, and did an amazing job helping de-escalate the situation. It was clear that she has great experience working with people and knows how to handle difficult moments with grace and professionalism.
Employees like Melissa are a true asset to Sam’s Club. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves because her positive attitude and dedication do not go unnoticed. Thank you, Melissa, for representing Sam’s Club so well and for showing what great customer service looks like.”

“Today has been a hectic day for me getting everything in order for my knee surgery tomorrow and I’ve had trouble at every turn today getting the information I needed from my workman’s comp claim. I couldn’t get any information from any Dr’s office I’ve been to help me get the group numbers I needed to fill my prescriptions. It was just all running in circles. Within 10 minutes at HEB the team there at the drop off side got everything I needed and got me squared away. I’m extremely grateful and impressed with their service!”
