When I used to go to other places, they just give me the medicine and felt like I was just another number. *cough*cvs*cough* Here, if I had a consult/new label on medications, the pharmacist proactively talks to me about my doses, side effects & asks if I have any questions. The larger pharmacies nearby never do that (ie: CVS, HEB, Walgreens)”

“i was having a very bad day but had to stop by and buy a couple of things here. i’m really glad i did because one of the managers, Jose Castillo, was so helpful and kind. he provided me with exceptional service and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. this helped me feel less stressed and thanks to him i was able to find everything i needed easily. he even went the extra mile and helped me see if i could save any extra money with the app. i will definitely make this my regular CVS from now on. whatever he’s getting paid, it’s not enough”
