“Andrew was very helpful!! We came in on a Sunday afternoon, when everything was closing, or closed. He diagnosed my problem, ordered the part for next day delivery, ( thank goodness, because the Ford dealership did not have one in stock, and it would have tacked on another day), gave me a couple of options for installation, and recommended a hotel to stay for the night.
