She also has cute little deals every month. The birthstone for July is a ruby, so she had discounted prices on anything with the color red in/on it!”

I haven't pawned an item before and she took the time to explain the whole process to me, and even taught me about how they test items to determine their value, so I understood I was getting a fair deal.
Compared to the staff at the Galveston location, who told me my item was fake and Connie explaining exactly how they authenticated items, they were just amazing.
