The only thing I didn’t like was the price of the things that they sell there they’re like double or triple where you can buy somewhere else if UPS would match other stores pricesit would be excellent other than that the service was great.”

She was extremely busy with at least 10 customers, Fed Ex, UPS and Fed Ex Ground drivers. She was so pleasant to each customer and came up with a great solution to my shipping issue. “I have been in many UPS stores in the country. The UPS in Galveston is the most efficient with excellent customer service. All their staff is knowlegeable, friendly and they have the most available hours during the week and are open Sat and Sunday. I have been there > than 10 times in the last 4 months. This store functions so far above all others.
Compared to the UPS store in LaMarque by Walmart on 1764. There is always a long line, because generally they have only one person working. Parking is very difficult at that store esp if you have to carry heavy boxes to mail. The Galveston UPS on Steward RD is 10/5 compares to 1/5 UOS store in LaMarque.”
