She was extremely busy with at least 10 customers, Fed Ex, UPS and Fed Ex Ground drivers. She was so pleasant to each customer and came up with a great solution to my shipping issue. I needed a strip of tape and was going to buy the roll and instantly said they’d take care of taping it not to worry. The store down the road was trying to get me to pay 7 bucks for it. “Been using for shipping and a drop off location for years now. They have been awesome. Complaints about charging for drop off is inaccurate. Many people don’t bring in the packages ready to drop off, most of the time needing a box and tape. I’ve never had an issue with shipping or drop off when drop off instructions were followed. Cannot recommend them enough as they are friendly and locally owned!”
