“I cannot recommend this place enough. They have 2 locations in the area, La Porte and Deer Park. Both are amazing. First off the front ladies make sure you are aware of every step of the process. This was my first time having to utilize a collision place and insurance, Athena from the La Porte office, explained in detail what was expected and handled EVERYTHING. Got my rental to me and when my car was ready, she had my car taken to the Deer Park location because they stayed open later. Lindsey, at Deer Park was very cordial and explained the warranty in detail and I was able to pay them for the services in La Porte. SO CONVENIENT!!For the body work, they did above and beyond!!!! Not only did they do a great job on what was expected but they went behind that. I had a little light dangling, not pertaining to the collision, and they fixed it. They also detailed my car so when I got in it she had that new car smell. I didn't realize how much I missed her. I would give 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT WELSH COLLISION CENTER!!!! I will add you to my x-mas card list ?”

“I've known Chris Smith for a number of years and he's always the person I can trust to take my vehicles to! The last job I needed I called a couple other mechanic shops that weren't even comfortable fixing it..it was around 15 hours of labor. “My service advisor, Karah, was friendly and efficient and kept me posted on progress throughout. Even though it was close to closing time, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time, never rushed! When I had a small concern, the service manager, Vince, actually called me himself to resolve it. He was great! The waiting area is always clean, seating is comfortable and abundant, free Wi-Fi, free coffee bar, chargers for your phone/laptops, etc. I buy my cars and have them serviced only through community Toyota! I've had great experiences with both the sales department and service department. Also, and the service department... A highly recommend ask for Aaron Alonso to do your work! Amazing mechanic!”

“Great choice for auto repair! Bumper, grill, and hood were all damaged during an accident, and Joe Hudson's made it look brand new. It took a little longer than initially quoted, but Joe Hudson's rejected an imperfect (new) hood, so that delayed delivery. Although not customary, an employee dropped me off and picked me up. Additionally, they detailed the car inside and out before I took delivery! I couldn't ask for better service.”

“I have used Classic Collision for (unfortunately) three repairs now over the last four months and each time they've returned my car in brand-new condition. They even washed and detailed it for me! They've been very good about updating me on the progress when I requested. The one thing I wish I would've seen more of is the daily text updates—they offer them as an option but I didn't receive very many, just messages letting me know I would be receiving them and then the ones letting me know my car was ready for pick-up. The estimates they provided me were fair and pretty close to or higher than the actual repair costs. 10/10 would recommend!”
