“I live on all the way on humble. My mother has always had her car fixed in this place. Mr. Victor has always been nice and honest with her. I know also take my car here in case there is any issues. Mr. Victor will always tell you with honesty what’s wrong with the car. I recently had a transmission issue and Mr. Victor informed us that “it’s the transmission however I changed the sensor and it’s been running fine. Come to the shop so you can test it out.” The tried the car and it’s running fine. Obviously replacing a full transmission can be expensive and some mechanics would take advantage of that. It’s really hard to find shops with honest reliable personnel. Both I and my mother trust this shop for your car needs. We really don’t mind driving all the way from Humble to Pasadena knowing the car will be work on by responsible people. Be mindful your car could be sitting there 1 week do to the demand of people who also want their car work in this great shop. They will most definitely check the car thoroughly finding the best option for you. Lastly they will offer the best option for you. Again if you want a reliable mechanic with honest values this is the place.”
