Then she took care of our needs within a couple of minutes in a kind professional manner. The contrast between the service at the old Baytown PO and the PO on Baker is like they are not even part of the same organization. Old Baytown gets it done and Baker Road tells you why they can’t.”

“I have been going to this post office for a couple of years and there is a new management team. The new Postmaster and supervisor really seem to care. I had a package go to the wrong address the Postmaster personally went and retrieve it and brought it to my door. That is customer service I would definitely recommend getting your services at this location”

“The staff at this location are so helpful and friendly and actually know what they are doing and talking about, unlike the deer park USPS. I had so much trouble with a package at the Deer Park location which caused me to miss my intended delivery( possibly ruined my whole package) so I left and went to this La Porte USPS instead and was treated much better. The staff here are polite and smart and you won't get the same treatment at the Deer Park USPS. Avoid that place as much as possible and come here instead.”
