worst customer service phone line, there's no way to talk to a real person and answering machine doesn't understand my question... get it together

Typical government ran facility. One lady at the counter while tons of people in line. Other workers just walking around. What else would you expect?

The lady BARBARA was very rude. Short of any help and should not work in the face of customers.
Also what usps doesnt have any change of address forms. She look like she woke up on the floor this morning. Gives a constant reminder of what a RBF is. she made me cry
