Several times my mail has either gotten lost or been delivered to the wrong address. This is very frustraiting. Some of the mail carriers do a great job, but some others are always too distracted talking on their cell phones.

Such a good experience at this post office. I have been to this location many times and the staff behind the counter are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also patient with me any time I need to add something to an address on something I'm shipping. I appreciate Nicole's friendly attitude and she is always welcoming!

Horrible horrible service! The carrier that's assigned to my address neglected to bring me a certified mail piece that are supposed to sign for she just assumed that I wasn't home and put it in my mailbox now I can't get it for 2 days! Worthless worthless worthless

Black lady at the front threw my boxes in the shipping bin right in front of me. Didn’t seem to have any care in the world. Trash USPS, never coming here again

This place is trash!!!
I’ve been living in La Porte since 2016 and every single time I have to come to this location I cringe I truly dislike all the staff members there they are no help at all but today is the last day I’m taking it a step further
I have a very important package that was supposed to be delivered today so I check tracking it arrived there 9am so it should’ve been out for delivery with the rest of the mail either the sorters was too lazy or the driver didn’t take it on the route either way I’m reporting everyone this is a federal company no way in hell is it suppose to be run like this

This is one of the worst post offices I've ever had the displeasure of communicating with. The people here are so dense they'll tell you "government mail isn't forwarded" while I'm holding a piece of forwarded mail from another state that I just got from my PO box (this happened 3+ times) They think all mail is spam and will throwaway everything when you move. After 4 months they really claim I have nothing, because it's easier for them to be lazy and toss it all and lie about none of it being of importance. It's also worth noting I have informed delivery and can see some scans of mail that's neither spam nor government mail. I'd bet money I won't ever receive anything properly forwarded from this office.
