For one, i was so thankful that Gina answered the phone, I tried to get info from the 800 number to talk to a customer service person and the automated system never got me transferred and eventually hung up on me. Gina & Maria both were very helpful and understanding about explaining to me what and how a package from ups gets delivered on base when using the address that my son provided. Gina even went above and beyond telling me to call back later that afternoon and she would do what she needed to ease my mind of the package being delivered. Which i couldn't call back tell much later and Gina was gone for the day where I got Maria and she assured me that my tracking info was correct and the package had arrived then also explained the process the package goes through once it arrives on base.. so I give many praises to the customers service that I received on 2/20/25.. thank you Ladies for a job well Done!!! God Bless you both. Thank You!!!

This UPS took my Amazon return and placed the shipping label on someone else’s package.
Amazon re-charged me for “returning an item that doesn’t match your returned item.”
It sucks living on the southside and there’s hardly any UPS anywhere around.
I still drive out of the way to avoid going to this location.

I used this UPS store twice to send packages to since I'm in temporarily living at famcamp and do not have a permanent address. The first time I used them, they told my husband that they couldn't find my package even though it was right in front of them on the counter. The second time, they completely LOST my package. They told my husband that they usually ship off packages that aren't picked up to some random CVS off base.
Thank goodness Amazon honors refunds due to mishaps like this.

i have always used ups to ship things out and i have never had a problem with packages getting lost, broken or delayed. everything i have shipped through ups or received through ups has always been on time and has amazing customer service!

I came here 15 minutes before closing for some print outs and faxing. Maria was amazing, she went out of her way to help me. People were coming in and out. Not only attentive to me but everyone else. Great time management and customer service!

I go here for Amazon returns usually. The woman who works there is always kind and thoughtful. She notices when my arms are full and helps me, she helped me figure out a packaging issue last time, she's attentive to details to make sure the returns are handled correctly, and just generally seems sincere. I'm always leaving feeling appreciative when I go here.
