“My husband and then both of us have used Educators credit union for about 35 years. They are always friendly and helpful. When I called , I was not told what the cut off for getting a wire transfer done before I came in, and then had to wait quite a while behind a person who is that the only teller who could do a wire transfer. It could not go out that day. I'm thinking the cut off time is three thirty , but not sure , but just wanted you to be aware.”

“I have had an account with Members Choice for over 25 years, but have not used them as my primary bank for a while due to living just outside of their normal service area. I decided to go with them again for an auto loan, and have been most impressed thus far. Their rates were better than other places that I have seen, and the process was easy all around. When I walked into the Lacy Lakeview location I was greeted by the teller, and only had a short wait until Shana came to get me. She and the person I had been working with by phone/email at another branch (Ressa) were able to get all the paperwork sorted out quickly, and get me back on my way. I was prepared for a different experience based on some of the reviews that are posted, but I only experienced great service from everyone I interacted with at MC-CTFCU. Everyone had a great attitude, was competent in what they were doing, and were nothing but professional and courteous.”
