“I knew of Caliber Collision from working secruity at their corporate events. They seemed to care then, and they showed to care now. When I was rearended for the first time ever, they made it as painless as possible. Luckily they are partnered with State Farm, and Enterprise, so I didn't have to do much of anything aside from show up. They reparied my new truck back to new, and got it back to me before the expected date, and in time for my new truck's debut at work. The entire process moved through seamlessly, and they handled everything from working with the insurance company, to getting needed parts, and doing all repairs. Literally all we had to do was drop off the car. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the rental car facility when I returned the rental when our car was complete. The entire process took 2-3 weeks where other companies had quoted us months. And the result looks like new. If you need any body work, this is your guy!”

They went above and beyond to repair our car in time for a road trip we are about to take. Chad at this location took our car in, checked it out, got the parts ordered and the repairs done in less than 4 days and the dealership told us it would take about a week just to get the parts. The cost was much lower than what the dealership quoted us. Our car looks brand new again and runs perfectly!
