“Spencer and the team at Dynamic Dent are awesome! My wife had quite a bit of hail damage on her Ford Explorer and we went to Spencer to help us out. The entire process moved through seamlessly, and they handled everything from working with the insurance company, to getting needed parts, and doing all repairs. Literally all we had to do was drop off the car. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the rental car facility when I returned the rental when our car was complete. The entire process took 2-3 weeks where other companies had quoted us months. And the result looks like new. If you need any body work, this is your guy!”

“All we wanted in a mechanic is honesty & trustworthiness, impeccable work without any troubling follow-up and reasonable pricing with no additional hidden fees. We got that here! Completed work on my 2013 Nissan Altima that had been recently damaged in an accident. Insurance company refused to repair but AP&BS was able to accommodate us without hesitation.
Initially called to inquire about their service and the young lady on the phone assured me they could work on automobiles deemed “salvaged” by insurance companies. Submitted pictures online but had to call to follow up.
Once I connected with the shop again (Felipe) , the process was rather smooth.
The work itself was impressive. Car looks brand new and every detail was thought of and included in the work. The price was reasonable and identical to what we received as an initial claim. Had we received progress updates throughout it would have far exceeded expectations. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Alex Paint & Body Shop. Prayerfully, we would not require their collision service again but if ever in need, we have definitely found our shop.”

I have been putting little scratches and dings in the side of her car just because my door always touched it just enough to cause that kind of damage. I know it’s my fault. I own that , But anyway, I finally decided that it was a priority and I saved up the money to try to get something done to make it look better. What I got was way better than my expectations . “I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision in Lewisville. A special shoutout to Brandy—she was incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
They made dealing with an accident about as seamless as possible. I dropped off my car and they already had transportation waiting to take me to the rental company. My repairs were finished a full week early, and when I returned, I simply dropped the rental off at Caliber and picked up my car. It looked brand new—honestly, even better than before the accident thanks to some additional cosmetic work they did for me at a great price.
Brandy also went above and beyond to help me with a completely separate vehicle situation, and once again she was extremely thorough and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I was genuinely impressed by both the quality of the work and the level of customer service. Highly recommend them.”
