I'm getting harassing calls daily from these people. There needs to be legal action against companies that use these tactics.

The worst customer service, the worst people. I hate this company. I hope the class action lawsuit bankrupts them.

i have on and off service with centurytel, the only thing i can count on is service interruption and poor customer service when i call to get it fixed. i don't need attitude i need a working internet connection.
