“On Sunday (3/15), my husband and I decided to go to T-Mobile to see ask questions about our account and the possibility of getting new phones. We ended up getting new phones and were thrilled! We had some unexpected issues with my husband's old phone. It took a long time to transfer the data from his old phone to the new one. With the help of 3 incredible staff members, it was successfully completed! Angel helped us with our purchase & setting up the new phones. He did everything, including putting the screen protectors and phone cases on. Endy, helped to solve the issue with moving my husband's phone data between the devices. Uzayr helped monitor the data problem and aided in setting up the watches we got as well. Even though we had to stay longer than we expected to at T-Mobile, these 3 staff members made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. They were kind and supportive. They answered all of our questions and didn't rush the process. We've been T-Mobile customers for just over 5 years now. This was the best experience we've ever had with them. “Visited the Frisco Stonebrook branch of T-Mobile when we switched from AT&T and had challenges in activating our phones. It was a tricky situation (the AT&T account number needed to make the switch was different from the one shown in the bill and the app) that took calls to multiple parties - Joziah was very patient and helped us even when the time ran beyond the store hours.
In general, I have been pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service T-Mobile has provided both on the phone and in store. I find the people I interacted with knowledgeable, competent, genuinely caring and overall very professional. AT&T's customer service is similar to what you find in most other places - impersonal, agents who don't seem to care and much less knowledgeable. I am glad I made the switch to T-Mobile.”
