Took it back for oil change they could not get oil plug out were afraid it might strip . They service it last so they put the plug in and over tighten it had to take it to ford to get it fix . Will not recommend them do to not having train personal .

Thought it was a decent spot.. until i did my own oil change and noticed they put the wrong oil filter on... figured im paying for the service they would at least put the right filter on...
