Best Western Plus Lake Jackson Inn & Suites is a nice and lovely property. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice, pretty, and clean. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are amazing. The showers have awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water, with no issue of water on the floor. A noted downside is that the toilets can take forever to fill back up after flushing. The staff is very friendly, helpful, kind, and super nice. In one instance, a front desk staff member was not willing to help with a booking error, but the General Manager later provided exceptional service to resolve the problem. The free breakfast has lots of choices and options, with items like eggs, bacon, refried beans, and potatoes. It is perfect for picky eaters. There is a nice coffee selection with flavored creamers. The pool is clean and well-kept, and the property also features a fire pit. The location is not too far from the beach. Many guests state they will book again, recommend staying, and definitely plan to return.
What a lovely property. Our first time here. Staff is super nice! Rooms are pretty and the beds are comfortable! The FREE Breakfast had lots of choices and everything we tried was good. Nice coffee selection with flavored creamers. They even offered refried beans and potatoes with your eggs and bacon. We will book again.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean the breakfast had lots of options. I had two picky eaters with me and every morning they both found an entire plate of items they would eat. They had flavor creamers for the coffee and the pool was clean.
