I’m a paying customer who is very disappointed that I can go to one store get my favorite breakfast taco without cheese. I go to Texas City and I asked if I could get a taco without cheese the girl looked at me and said we don’t customize tacos. Fine then. I guess they think everyone loves cheese. Well they don’t and people have allergies to cheese. So I guess I will have to find somewhere else to get my tacos.

There's something wrong when a business refuses to sell a sandwich with no sauce. Many are allergic to certain ingredients. I've spent many dollars in that place! I won't be making that mistake again, but they should see everyone in Facebook bashing them over it. They will lose money.

It's unfortunate that you cannot get a sandwich without the sauce or sauce on side. Or a different sauce without the burn.Today all restaurants believe in everything on menu to be served with spice. Yet they forget the older generations stop in and would like to have it without sauce do to spice burning the throat and stomach. There are a lot of people you lost as customers. Doesnt matter what age. Won't be driving over anytime soon.

They don't cater to trucks at all. With a parking lot the size of two football fields and over 100 pumps someone decided to leave all that revenue on the floor.Not smart

Mad AF that on October 24 Bucees in New Braunfels raised price from 2.43 to 2.99. I drove past HEB and see their price at 2.43. 🤬🤬🤬
Bucees NBTX dropped price back on October 25. I went to HEB as a boycott action.
PRICE GOUGING. PLAIN & SIMPLE.
I WON’T BE BACK TO BUCEES ANYTIME SOON.

The Daytona Location tried to charge me for putting water in my own glass. Are you so desperate for money you have to charge for fountain water in my own cup? This is seriously my last visit to your company. I was on the fence of stopping in the first place because every location we visit gets worse than the last visit. Now, without hyperbolic intent, I have had enough.

The Sevierville TN car wash manager, Andrew, could not be a worse representative for your company, Buccee.
The quick, simple ,hard truth about a car wash and getting ripped off in TN.
We bought and paid for a deluxe wash in what I thought was state of the art wash with great service, it did not do the job of cleaning the car, went back around to be told to get out and clean the car my self with ther self serve " bug removal spray station" setup for customers to do their own cars. BUCCEES WILL NOT CLEAN UP FOR YOU
I sprayed the chemicals all over the front and sides of the car to remove dirt and bugs.AFTER THE DELUX WASH DID NOT REMOVE THE DIRT AND BUGS
Got back in line afterwards to rewash and was told, since I already had the wash, "the rewash" was a rinse only and they would not wash the car again with the premium car wash we paid for.
HUGE HEATED DISCUSSION OVER, THE STUPIDITY BEHIND THEIR SERVICE
I was livid at this nonsense, for me to do my own car and for these slaps literally laughing about a corporate policy to not rewash the car as I get to have the "second time is a rinse response again." and that's it.
We went back, paid for a second wash to clean the chemicals that they would not clean off of the vehicle, using the "2nd time rinse/wash " policy to help 😒
DO NOT GO TO BUCCEES CAR WASH UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LAUGHED AT FOR THEM DOING A HORRENDOUS JOB, then being ripped off.
Andrew should be fired if the corporate policy is anything like what he claims it to be, laughed about the policy and made the decision to tell us "piss up a rope"
I have videos of these jokers, their terrible car wash/rinse in operation, and will be gladly posting.

Love the stores and clean bathrooms, but has anyone noticed the amount of "Pre-Authorization" Buc-ees puts on your card when you get gas?! $350.00 is INSANE!!! And according to their website, even if you only use $40 for gas, that money can still be "Held" for up to 30 days. They're very quick to state that this is up to your credit card company. OK, but YOU, Buc-EES, are the ones that pre-authorized that amount on my card that might now be on Hold and unavailable for me to use elsewhere. Lame excuse. Not a happy Buc-ees customer that will now be stopping at your neighboring competition when I make my monthly trip.

This organization does NOT provide any way to contact customer service regarding a complaint that I have about an experience in one of their locations. By going to the website and filling out their form, you will be told "Thanks for contacting us! Please verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email that was just sent to you." Guess what. The email never comes. Not even to my junk mail folder. I suspect something shady going on. They seem to be communists.

I was getting coffee last night at the new Colorado location which would be the fourth time this week and I asked a question from one of your employees at the coffee station about why it would make me sick to my stomach and a little dizzy and a manager approached me with an attitude Lu Anne is her name And she stated that I have a birth defect that I've been dizzy and wobbly since I was born and she's very sure of it. I've never been disrespected like that in public being told I have a medical birth problem when I asked about your coffee. Is this how you treat all of your customers or just the ones that ask a question about not feeling right with a product? I have my birth record and my medical records They don't state what she is claiming and I refuse to be discriminated and disrespected that way, I hope somebody there at corporate will get back with me on this issue because that is very unprofessional and out of hand to tell me that I've been disoriented since birth!
She doesn't have a medical license She is a floor manager at a gas station disrespecting people claiming they have birth defects.

First I want to say I give Bucee's 5 stars because I love the place but the 1 star is for the BUCEE'S in SEVIERVILLE TN MANAGEMENT.
The way they treated that man with his SERVICE ANIMAL DUCK was absolutely awful. The man was not harming anyone and was very nice from what I seen on the video. They literally had him barred from ALL BUCEE'S!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE DEMOTED TO TRASH PICK in the parking lot. And the headquarters should look into it.
He had been hounded from management the whole time he was in there. I understand you have rules about animals but he had evidently proved his DUCK was a SERVICE ANIMAL.
They treated him awful the whole time he was in there and after a while ur like heck with it.
Please look into it and please do something because that management was just nothing but mean.
Yes I raised my family about 15 mins from there and my kids lives about 20 mins now from there and we are always using that exit but I told them not to go to that bucees as long as that MANAGEMENT is there go down to the other one toward Nashville in Crossville.

I've been to numerous locations and never had an issue. Reading these reviews, I'm honestly inclined to believe most of these people were dropped on their head as a child. Hard. Possibly multiple times. Or you know, just the TX education system at work.
