most banks can cancel a transaction without canceling a card most banks DON'T require a written request to get things done you prove who you verbally and have no wrong answers this bank is incompetent

Why does the drive thru take sooo long? I’ve been sitting behind one car for about 20 min already. And I just need to use the ATM. It’s raining and I have a newborn is the only reason I’m in the line still.
